Paul is the man to go to he knows all of his products and is always honest with what's best to use. Has a memory like a computer you can tell him certain paint numbers from Sherwin Williams and know what color it is. Has matched everything I've given him perfectly every time not once had to go back like Sherwin Williams you ask for red they give you pink !”

“Joe is very friendly and got my paint color right on the first time. The gallon of deck paint was about $70 which is more than the Val spar brand at Lowes where I bought it 2 years ago for about $45. Here is the difference: the SW paint went on the deck thicker and has a more natural look. Same color. My belief is that the SW paint will well outlast the valspar. Very satisfied!”

This store was about $15 less than all the other stores in my area. Not only were they cheaper, they gave me a painter's discount and a free t-shirt... I love t-$hirts but I love them even more when they're free.Service: Outstanding!!! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you nor trick you into buying things you don't need. You can ask a million and one questions and they will answer them all and still leave you with some genius advice you never thought of. When you come here for the first time you'll feel like you've been coming here forever. “We were helped by Nick Bott(coincidently on his last day before he moved to a busier store). He was terrific. Watching him work, he was clearly someone with long-developed instincts for solving problems in the paint world. My wife and I were jittery about being able to match a light-toned white paint but he nailed it.We were so happy with the results, we came back later with a paint sample for another part of the house we had long delayed in repainting because of fear of matching. This time Asst. Manager Mike helped us...and he too perfectly matched the color and sheen of the sample.Both men were personable and engaging and the 2 experiences couldn't have been better. My wife and I, frankly, had no loyalty to paint manufacturers or retail outlets, but now we absolutely do. My wife has already mentioned our satisfaction in dealing with the S-W store in Haverford to a friend.”
