MY NUMBER WAS BLOCKED...... Very professional. It's impressive.During my visit to Taco Bell's Warmspring location in Las Vegas, I sustained an injury caused by the door bar, which lacked a protective cover. This incident occurred on September 12, 2023, at 7:28 PM. Upon entering the store, I experienced pain in my left arm and discovered a approximately 3-inch cut caused by the exposed, rusted, and dirty metal parts of the door bar, which were not covered by a plastic protective component.Upon requesting a first aid kit from the manager, I was informed that they did not possess one and was offered napkins instead.Subsequently, I contacted the corporate office the following day, and they directed me to their insurance company. I provided all details regarding the losses incurred due to the incident, and an agent named Christina Soto acknowledged and confirmed reimbursement for my loss of 3-4 days.Unfortunately, communication with Ms. Soto ceased thereafter. Despite making more than 10 calls, she neither answered nor returned my calls.

I wish I could give it no stars! First of all getting into contact with an adjuster is like pulling nails. In the beginning of my case my adjuster was changed. Now I should say that my adjuster in the beginning was great. It took a few times, but we eventually flowed. Now my new adjuster lol good luck. She never emailed to introduce herself, she never called to introduce herself and any email that I sent went unanswered for days on in. It was ridiculous! Forget calling her I called to check on my pay that was to be dispersed and it was as if I wasn't allowed to talk with her because the operator would put me on hold and then come back with an answer. I don't understand HOW this company is still allowed to help other companies as far as workman's comp cases. IMHO that's soo unprofessional and doesn't give the clients needing the services a good feeling or hope.

If you love your calls not being returned, red tape, red tape, red tape, different answers from different people, 1 out of 25 success rate actually being allowed to talk to your assigned claims associate, then this place is for you! Unfortunately, you as an injured worker have no choice - except perhaps to leave your review here. I apologize for google that zero stars are not available as an option, if you, like me, would prefer that rating.

They took over my work comp claim in June. I just want to not be in pain. Instead, I cannot reach an adjuster, my prescriptions don’t get approved, & no one returns phone calls or emails. The one time I have spoken with my adjuster she told me I wasn’t her only claimant - this hearing nothing for 5 months and leaving numerous emails and voicemails. I hoped this wasn’t the norm but looking at the other reviews it seems like it most certainly is. The absolute worst service I have even received and all I want is to find some pain relief.

I was recently rare ended at a red light by a Fort Myer truck that failed to stop. The police report, others involved in the accident, and witnesses stated that the Fort Myer truck was at fault. Heavens, the truck driver at fault and even his supervisor apologized and admitted to the truck drivers wrong doing. PMA insurance representatives were so hard to get in contact with being 3rd party for Greenwich Insurance. The accident occurred in July 2022 and here it is Oct. 2022 and nothing has been settled. The representatives for PMA are inexperienced, ignorant, and incompetent. A few white males, one that goes by the name Ryan Waldron Cameron Frederickson, and F Williamson have been the most difficult people to deal with, the worst representatives possible handling this situation.

Workers compensation case has had multiple hearings. Judge has ruled in my favor every time and dismissed their IME doctor's testimony as not at all credible. (IME doctor flat out lied in his report and the judge saw right through it.) PMA has appealed every decision. Additionally, they have 30 days from the date of the judgement to file an appeal and have waited until the 29th day each time in order to stall the process as long as possible. They have denied every request for treatment for my injury, despite MRI with positive findings, causing me to be out of work, in constant pain and receiving no payments for almost a year. Several coworkers that I've spoken with are having similar experiences. I don't know how their employees can live with themselves knowing that they ruin people's lives for a living.UPDATE: April 2019, 9 months after the first appeal was filed the wcb decision was filed in my favor. Got a check about a week later. Pain management doctor submitted another authorization request for treatment, hopefully it gets approved without having to go through another hearing.Update, 5/2/22: It's been almost one year since my permanency hearing. True to form, PMA filed an appeal and reduced payments to what THEY thought they should pay which was less than $100/week. My savings have been completely depleted and I thought I was going to lose everything, including custody of my teenage daughter. God bless the friend who arranged a fundraiser for me because I couldn't have stayed afloat without the generosity of those who donated. It took six months for the board to file their decision, once again holding up the judge's order. I found an amazing pain management doctor and under his care I've finally found some relief. Still unable to drive, I'm trying to find work I can do online or remotely, but most of the ones on job sites are scams. Be very cautious about giving out your personal information, I started getting spam emails and phone calls from applying to these companies on Indeed and other such sites. If your employer has PMA as their WC insurance carrier, make sure you find a REALLY GOOD LAWYER. You're gonna need one.
