I know it’s a hard job working at USPS so I appreciate the service quality and kindness the employees give their customers regularly! They also are so sweet when I have to stop in with my toddler. “I’ve been using this post office since I moved here in 2017 and the folks that work here have ALWAYS been kind, patient and helpful. They are always willing to give me advice on how to best ship my items from my small business as well as help me better understand what works best for them. They’ve even gone so far as helping me make sure all my passport docs were in order without an apt (there wasn’t a line of people behind me) of which I really appreciated because that whole process was very confusing. “I needed a PO Box and was put off by the reviews BUT my experience was great. Jenipher was kind and helpful. I liked the small town / personal feel inside the post office. My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”

“The guy at this office may be slow and thorough but I think he is about the only one that cares about getting your packages out and mail out on time and making sure it get delivered correctly! I go out my way to go here. Hours are a little funky but better than dealing with funky attitudes and miserable ? workers .”

“If you need a passport, it is highly recommended you make an appointment. No walk ins for this location at the time. Staff were pleasant and the application process went very smoothly. Ensure you check website to make sure you have all the proper documents, which will make your visit easy.”

“Not sure why the bad reviews... I have been in here several times now and the staff has been exceptionally pleasant, and the service was quick.
That said, if you're coming in at a busy time, and you see a lack of staff at the counter, the only one to blame is postmaster general DeJoy (you know, the one who received his position thanks to his political donations), as he has been cutting positions en masse across the nation.”
