The ATM lets you choose the denominations of your withdrawal. I've never seen that before but it's awesome!

I always have a positive experience when I go to both Blue Bell, PA branches, one on Swede Road and one on Walton Road. Recently, Joe Mastrocola was extremely helpful at the walton Road branch and was able to fully meet my needs and expectstions.

This is not the same Bank any longer. Customer service and Hours used to be excellent. I just spent nearly 25 minutes to get 100 bucks at the drive through. This has become more the norm than the exception. There was one other person in the drive through, it was not busy. It seems they have some employees that are never going to be able to operate without getting someone to help them. This teller has been there for at least a month and can not do a simple transaction. I will bank somewhere else at this point like citizens bank.

I'm a business customer who deals with multiple TD Banks. Joe Ceccola and his team are awesome! They provide amazing customer service and perform with the utmost professionalism! Like many business these days they have been short staffed. I know how frustrating it's been for customers and the bank staff. I'm not proud of this but a few weeks ago I was a bit impatient and I was less than nice during my visit....sorry to all about that! Even though I was a little snappish they treated me with respect! Thank you for all you do!

Open up a checking account with a line of credit that would waive the fees for checking account. First time I got the fee, called and they said it wasnt linked together. Linked it and refunded fee. Then I called like multiple times at diff hours, no luck always busy/voicemail. I logged in once to see another fee the day of when its supposed to hit if I was supposed to pay it, and line of credit unlinked again. Next day line of credit relinked. I think I caught a scam. No one answers still I think ill be calling corporate.

No drive through or outside ATM so you can only use this back during business hours

Most people in the bank are nice. But I did meet one who cares less about customer need. It took over 10 days to get a financial statement of my account.

The employees at this TD Bank pick up phone calls. Drive thru service was excellent during covid.

I needed a new debit card, and because I have and account and ID I didn't think I would have any problems. No they refused to give me one, and said I would have to wait, and have it mailed to me! Like heck! I went to a different branch, and got it right away. I'm not going back here again.
