“Part 1: It was Christmas Eve and I left work early because I had an emergency (a nail broke, lol). When I left the salon, my car was dead. I got on the phone trying to find someone to fix my car and also someone to tow it. My regular mechanic was willing to take it that day and give me a loner car, so I could go to my Christmas holiday with family. They recommended Dunne's towing. Dunne's had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes! The guy was so knowledgeable and so kind it was a pleasure (almost) to have my car break down! PLEASE don't go to anyone else to get towed or your doors unlocked, etc! This is the company arrives when promised, provides expert service, and are overall a pleasure to work with! “This was my first time using Brian's Towing for a VW Touareg TDI Diesel SUV with frozen fuel that wouldn't start. As a German-made vehicle, they require the utmost care when being transported, not under their own power. Brian himself (the owner) arrived quickly, notifying me by text when he was on his way and upon his arrival. He has a flatbed tow truck, which is just what my vehicle needed. He loaded it carefully and even allowed me to join him in the truck for the ride to the dealership. “They took care of me. I had someone vandalize my drivers side doors mainly, and my car had weather damage on the roof and hood. It looks so much better now. Joy in the front office is such a sweet heart, and Eric was the manager that helped me. My only suggestion would be to work on communication & cleaning the interior after the work is done. But otherwise I am happy with how my car looks now. Thank You guys 🙂”
