Terrible service on 6/28/2025 at 3 PM. The man working there didn't want to help me with my Amazon returns and had me use the self service. Normally I would have no problem with this, but I was returning shoes which did not fit into the provided plastic bags.
I went to find the employee and he was sitting in the back on his cell phone. I told him I needed help since I had shoe boxes and he grumpily got up to help me. When I was explaining the problem, he had a clear attitude about helping with an amazon return. He did eventually 'help'. However, now a couple weeks later I found out only one of the shoes under the return were processed. The other never got scanned in as returned and Amazon shows no history of them being in transit, so I am out $150.
I previously visited this UPS during a weeknight and was helped with a different man who was extremely helpful and patient. Not all employees are equal at this location.

Supposedly open sunday until 3, signed open, no one in store and door locked. Very lame, wasting people's time, 2 other folks were also there w packages.

No notary. Tried calling in advance - no answer, so drove there and the notary was not there. Not particularly helpful if there’s no way to determine if the notary is present prior to driving all the way there.

I came to return 2 packages..one for tik toc and the other for Old Navy which I had a return label and was instructed by Old Navy to keep in the existing packaging .Matt was the associate who proceeded to reprimand me that I should read before I try to return. Matt also informed me to contact his manager if I didn't like his service. He is a very arrogant young man with no personality let alone customer service skills..he continued to mouth off to me even as I was leaving the store. I am an adult and did not need to be treated in this manner.

Felt the need to write the following after coming back from dropping off some Amazon packages. Returned a handful of items and all of them were getting chucked around into the bins like it was a game of hoops.
Now it didn't matter for the stuff I was shipping back, but it doesn't bode well for other potentially expensive packages. And this employee was quite rude and roughly handling these packages in front of other customers. He's going to cross the wrong guy acting the way he does.

This store had a storage of staff. They are fully staffed now. We use them all the time. The team is extremely helpful and professional!!

So I go to send a package back to Amazon. I let the “kid” know I needed a label printed. He said it would be $5.25. For a single page print. I asked why that much. No answer. I asked again. With all the attitude of some bothered and entitled little punk he said “because”. That was his way to deal with customer service. And the funny thing is he didn’t know how to give me a tracking number. Another young and borderline bothered associate had to do it for me. So lesson of the story ladies and gentlemen, drive a distance to another store. These kids don’t appreciate having a job and have an obnoxious attitude.

This location is the absolute worst. Completely useless on pack and ship. They just tried to charge me $153 to ship two tennis racquets because they wanted to use a refrigerator sized box.

Always a great experience here! The manager makes a point to remember consistent customers. We have had a PO Box for about a year now and they always make sure we are taken care of.
