I dont know when the folks who gave bad reviews posted, but we moved here 11/2 yrs ago &I have Always had helpful workers. They offer advice & are very courteous

Don’t go there for passport services. Went for a renewal and lady was curt and rude, felt talked down to and like I was a criminal being instructed what to do. Go to the Plymouth Meeting post office - we renewed there before and the team is so nice and helpful.
