I went to the Center Square Wells Fargo Bank at 11:50 AM on Saturday to make a deposit via the drive through. I discovered that unlike other Wells Fargo branches, which are open until 12PM on Saturdays, this branch is closed all day Saturday. Why doesn't Wells Fargo fly a big yellow flag from a flag pole in the front of the bank, which says: "This POP UP Branch Is Closed on Saturdays!"

Everyone who works at this branch has always been so friendly and helpful. They've helped me work through account changes, in addition to excellent customer service with everyday banking.

I only stopped at this Wells Fargo once 2 years ago with a friend when I needed to use the ATM. This Wells Fargo is confusing, as I thought I could access it from the Center Square Plaza shopping center but while it is technically in the center it is closed off from the rest of it and the only entrances are on West Skippack Pike, and let me tell you that is a pain leaving no matter the time of the day as it is near a busy intersection and is backed up easily no matter which way you turn. The ATM is outside too which I'm not too fond of either. It may not be a bad Wells Fargo if it is connected to the rest of the shopping center with other options to get around. However as it is, I'll only stop here if there is literally no other way.

Asian woman teller is extremely rude and patronizing. Had the "service manager" get involved in verifying something that has never needed verification before. Because she did this they made me go through numerous and time consuming steps. Another teller was clearly sympathetic to my situation. This branch has consistently bad reviews, hence the 2 star rating. DON'T GO HERE if you can help it.

I went on to cash a check made out to me. They asked for two forms of ID. I provided them. Then they said they need to contact the customer who wrote the check. This was a 20 min process. What's the point of the check if they have to call them? Then they ask me for a thumbprint. Finally the teller says there is a $7.50 fee! For what? There is zero chance of loss. GOUGING ASSHOLES.
