Post office is dirty and the staff was not warm and welcoming. Whoever was working the front desk did not have a name tag on so I couldn't make a direct complaint about her customer service. She acted like the tape she had to put on my package...which was very little was her own personal tape. I will NEVER go back in there again.

This is a friendly, small, easy to work with post office. great when you have lots of questions, or have to do a lot. Seemed better than average, across several staff. would definately go again, afraid to tell you about it, actually.

I am a local resident and this PO rocks it. Yes it may be old, but the staff are friendly and get to know you. I am delighted it has not been shut down.Five stars every day!

They put other people's mail in our PO Box constantly! Boalsburg is a very small town where everyone knows everybody - but this post office won't deliver unless the name/address is exactly correct. Unkempt building is dirty & run down, huge potholes in parking lot. No one takes any pride in the building. Eave spout drains directly on the walkway which then freezes in the winter or you walk through it when it rains.

I have been using this post office for five years and the experience has always been pleasant. The staff are polite and helpful. I'm slightly surprised by the negative reviews, to be honest.

Twice I actually left this post office and had to go to another post office. This lady was so incompetent that it was just worth it to drive to a different post office. She was not only incompetent, but also not even trying to be helpful at all. I will never be going to this post office again. If you're looking for competent post office that's close by, try the south Atherton Weis.
