Your representative was very calm while handling multiple customers.did not hesitate even once at customer’s. I was been here for 2 hours for setting up my iCloud password reset . He helped me to retain my password and setting up my new service where I don’t remember any of the passwords . He deserves a lot.

Samuel was very helpful. My previous phone was completely dead, and I came in at the end of the time frame in which to convert to mymetro T-Mobile phone. That all complicated things. But he soldiered through got it done. I'm very pleased .

I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy a new phone or a new tablet. Metro has te best options in phones and the monthly prepaid plans.
