I got a new phone because my old one I broke and lost it,and the girl over here helped me so much, I'm a mess, with this new phone tried calling customer service they were really helpful but I didn't understand them, so came back to the girl at this store she helped me really well and I'm so happy with everything, she's really passionate and knowledgeable and the way she treats me I'm impressed and thank you.

Truly the worst and most disrespectful service I have ever seen in my life. The guy working there convinced my mom, who just got a new phone, that she needs a new phone number when switching from 4G to 5G because the government said it was required. I went with her to the store to resolve it, and he kept telling this lie to my face. He charged her 80 dollars to "reactivate" her new number. This is supposed to be done for free. He also did not provide a receipt in any form, printed or via text. I believe he signed her up as a new customer and gave her a new number to pad his sales for the day, and then lied to my face when confronted. All charges will be contested and I am helping my mom switch carriers. I'm sure someone elsewhere with even the most basic competency can help her retain her old number. Absolutely disgraceful. The guy was also cursing and extremely condescending and rude. Stay away from this place unless you want to be lied to and scammed.

I bought a phone at best buy. Went to metro to have my phone number put on the new phone. The man charged me 120 dollars and would not let me keep my old phone number. I told him that was not acceptable and wanted my debit credited. He said it was too late. He said there was a government law stating that going from 4G to 5G stating that I could not keep my old number. He charged me an activation fee, reactivation fee and 54 dollars for monthly service when I wanted the 40 dollar bill like I always had. I am so frustrated and have been ripped off. I need help with this. The man was VERY rude and condescending. I was so upset that I cried when I got home.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever witnessed in modern day America. My mother went to this store today (November 11th 2023) and was absolutely put through the ringer for no apparent reason. The only reason I can think of that someone would do this would be to take advantage of an older woman to buff their daily sales.She got a new phone and just needed help activating it. A sales rep should have helped her put the sim card in the new phone and then migrate over any data. But no, that's not what happened. This guy rung her up as a new customer. This process included giving a new sim card, creating a new phone number, loss of all data and contact information, and a new customer activation fee. You know, even though she was already a customer. He also lied to my mom and brother and used some pretty vulgar language when confronted.No one should be treated this way and I wish I could give lower than one star. Avoid this store at all costs if you value receiving basic human respect and courtesy.

It seems like the guy it the counter doesn't care for women too much. Disrespectful and rude, unless you want to buy the store out. Too bad a woman has to deal with this on any occasion.

I recently made a purchase over the weekend and although the sales rep "Mack" was very nice, I have been reaching out to the establishment with no response. I purchased an iPhone that was quoted at $300. However, when it was time to pay, the amount came to $347.00. When asked about the price, the sales associate stated that it was due to taxes and fees. The sales associate proceeded to help set up my phone and inquired about the phone plan that I was interested in. After he finished setting up the phone, I walked out the store and realized just seconds later that a receipt was never provided. I sent my son back inside and he was informed that a link with the sales receipt would be sent to the number. A few hours later I returned again requesting an actual receipt since one was never provided. I informed him that a receipt was never texted to me like he said and instead it was a summary of my phone bill at the rate of $65. I informed him that I wanted the same plan as my previous plan that was included on my line which was only $30. Mack then stated that the rate would automatically go back down. I continued to ask for a receipt and pointed to the receipt machines that were connected to the register. I was informed that since Covid they stop printing out actual receipts and one would come to my phone although a receipt is used to confirm my point-of-sale transactions. I was provided a number to contact if I didn't receive a link with the receipt and this is currently day four. The number listed doesn't work and the number given to me does not work either. Mack, if you're reading this, I am still in need of a receipt and will be there this weekend. If not, you can have your phone back and I can go purchase somewhere else where they are able to provide a receipt for proof of services.*****Update. At 6:35pm, I received a phone call from the rep stating that I will receive a text of my receipt in 24 hours. I informed him that it's already been four days and he stated don't worry about that, you'll have it in 24 hours. I informed him that if it's not there in 24 hours, I will be coming this weekend to retrieve it.
