Julian sucks and lacks customer service skills. My grandmom was interested in switching plans and he completely Brushed off our questions and didn’t seem like he wanted to work. Seemed like he had an attitude but when you come to work you need to leave that attitude at the door! Another worker stepped in, but I left and went to the springfield location and received better service

Iphone stopped charging, so I visited Boothwyn's T-Mobile, fully expecting to spend at least a $1,000. Julian looked at my phone, and knew exactly what the problem was. He took a paperclip and cleaned the bottom of it.I couldn't believe how much dirt he got out of it. He didn't charge me a dime.I know exactly where I'm going for ANY future cell phone issues! Julian's the best!!

Horrible customer service!! I've been with t-moble for 20 years!! I'm a trucker who needed a new phone. I was in NJ, went into a t-moble, and bought a phone, but they scammed me into 2 ipads!! The next day, I went into this t-moble to return the iPads immediately. All 3 employees started in on me why I can't return them!! Julian, the manager, first said I have to go back to the t-moble I bought them at. I said you're wrong, then Julian said well were not a corporate t-moble, so we can't return them then an employee called the district manager and he said yes you must let him return them. While Julian was doing paperwork to return them, he's complaining to his rude employee's that my return is going to come out of his bonus!! His employee said well we just need to sell 4 iPads this week to make up for these!!" Very unprofessional manager Julian!!

Yrral and Stanford were so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. We came in after a very frustrating experience with the 1800 service and they helped us get our new phones set up. They were so patient and kind. Give these 2 a raise!!

They are evil and rude. They refuse to help or care. They literally told me they didn't have to help me because T-Mobile is not their boss. Wish they would all be fired and store shut down. Zero positive things to say about this place. Avoid like the plague!

Went in to see about service contract and the gentleman said the cost would be as much as my present service provider. He didn’t even check or even stop walking around. I went on line and got a good deal from t mobile.just shows you how rude some sales people are and don’t know what they’re doing.

Went in there to pay a bill and the guy in there was no help or helpful, the Caucasian girl tried to help me kudos to her tho , what made it worse was that I was the only customer there the whole time . I ended up leaving and calling the 1800#

I live this store especially the manager Adam he always and I mean ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me and makes sure that I'm happy with my service and everything so a BIG shout out to Adam thank you for all that u do your amazing

This T-Mobile is so unhelpful. I went into the store because my phone lost all service and just read SOS for Almost 2 hours. The service rep that was there did nothing but play with my pop socket and turn my phone on and off. Then he told me I need to go to another T-Mobile to get a new SIM card for my iPhone. Keep in mind I told him I have an iPhone 14 when I first walked in. An iPhone 14 has an E SIM card, so I would have driven around to other T-mobiles for absolutely no reason. Didn’t help me at all a big waste of my time I just ended up standing there and watching him play with my pop socket.

Very unprofessional the the guy with the dreads seems to be under the influence smells like weed every time I come in and pay my bill, I didn’t feel safe coming into the store he smelled very badly. He also comes off very aggressive
