I have been going here for literally 20years. They are always short staffed no matter the day. If you see a teller one of them I'd very helpful a guy with dreads, other then that all the tellers aren't respectful and if you have to wait to actually do any real banking good luck you will be waiting an hour to be seen and they act like that's not Thier job. I can't understand how the company that runs this particular branch doesn't get better employees or work on their work ethic.

Went in there with my teen daughter to open up a new account and was told to have a seat and the lady who was with another family would be with me shortly. As 30 mins went pass I found myself hearing the conversation the worker and the family was having and it was nothing bank related. She had us sitting there with no intentions on helping us. No customer service vibe in there at ALL. A bunch of lazy workers who don't want to do there job!

They should have a negative rating of -5 stars. My nephew goes to this bank and depending who is working there . He gets refused to deposit his check. He's been going there for 2 years now because he gets a check every month because his father passed away. It's a government check his accounts have all been with the same that he's been getting with every month and there was never any problems. Now when he goes to deposit the check that he receive. They have been refused and told they can't do it which is a lie because last month they deposited the same check that he gets every month.Seems people there just don't want to do there job. Customer service has been notified by my nephew about what the bank's been doing to him and my mom and refusing them to cash his check when they can do it. Don't go to this bank it's always a problem and they have attitudes and they don't care about the customer or their well-being. I never heard of a bank that refuses to cash and deposit a check because it's the government that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Even customer service and the lady said that they do cash government checks they never heard of it ever being refused how do you think he has that money and his accounts with a money tree?

Dale is very rude and does not need to be working there I called to ask about my bank card she yelled in my ear and said you need to call the 1(800) number and speak to someoneNever had a problem with my bank. Until know smh man

Went with my Aunt through the drive thru and it was fast and easy. All 4 lanes were open but only 2 cars so we were through pretty fast. The guy that helped us was so friendly and funny. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Put time aside on a Saturday to come to the bank at noon since I can’t make their hours during the week and only three employees were on the floor, management kept them very understaffed to show they don’t respect their employees or their customers. At 12:40 we were told what we wanted to do might take too much time and we might not be helped today despite waiting so long. No effort was made to accommodate us after waiting an hour in the lobby. Five other people gathered and left in the time. TD is actively turning away customers who want to do business.

No longer live up it’s name of a great bank, now one of the worst banks. Stopped by today, Saturday at 9.47am but they had signs up saying their TEMPORARY CLOSED. Even though they are supposed to be opened on Saturdays from 9-3. They have made the drive-thru our ONLY way of getting our money from savings account!

I asked for four rolls of quarters in exchange for $40 cash. The teller told me that because I didn't have an account that they would do it once as a courtesy but that in the future they would wouldn't do it. I have gone to multiple different banks that I am not a member at asking for the same service and nobody has ever told me that exchanging cash for quarters was for members only. Then in front of multiple other customers the teller asked me what my reason for not having a TD bank account was. I found this unprofessional and inappropriate. When I told the teller that i had a different bank closer to my home, she rolled her eyes and asked why I was at this bank then. That crosses the line in my opinion. Now, I will NEVER open a TD account.

This has been my home bank for over 15 years this banks customer service has gone way down in the past year, the branch manager is not the biggest people person, so I’ve always tried to avoid her if possible because the tellers where always a pleasure to talk to, but that’s not the case anymore. For having a job where you deal with people all day, this bank has grown cold and the tellers are just plain rude. I used to love the convenience of this bank but now with the altered hours that COVID has placed on it I’m seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps the Wells Fargo down the street that is much closer to where I live not to mention the majority of checks I receive as payment come from Wells Fargo. Whatever I choose to do I would recommend staying away from this branch. Not really TD as a whole but this branch in particular. And obviously what sparked this long reaction from myself wasn’t just one teller it was both of the females working the 15 car backed up drive throughRant over!!!!
