“West Goshen Automotive has gone the distance helping me with my 2010 Sprinter Van. It had a lot of routine maintenance issues when I bought it, and some issues they had to dig deep to diagnose and then repair. When I had to ship it back from Indianapolis, after Triple A destroyed my right rear hub, they met the carrier, documented the damage and repaired the damage. I trust them to take care of my car and me. Mike and Dave are great guys to work with in the office and their mechanics are top notch.

“Had to replace my transmission in my great Nissan Pathfinder at 130k. American Transmission Rebuilders was recommended by a friend who is a mechanic and deals with them regularly. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. They did the job and I picked it up in a week. I had a light come on for my breaks after and I brought it back and they found out that it was a leak on my rear brake caliper. They tightened the loose bolt and filled up my brake fluid for nothing. Hopefully I won't ever have to go back but if I did, I definitely would.”
“Bradleys replaced an engine in my car. They did a perfect/ excellent job. I found the engine on eBay and had it delivered to them. Unfortunately in 2023 I got a letter in the mail stating they were retiring. Very sad to see them go but I understand it's a break well deserved to people who put in work and provide excellent service. The shop is closed now.”

“Great honest communication
I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”

“They found a blown fuse as the problem why my transmission wouldn’t shift properly. No charge for this fix. I had them service my transmission as I had not had it serviced in some time. Fair price for this I think as someone else mentioned it would probably cost more.”
