We had been to 2 other places (an individual & a small garage in Herminie) that said they fixed the problem but didn't. Lenhart's has updated technology that let you know when your vehicle is actually going into the garage to begin service. They send you an actual video of your vehicle & the issue that needs corrected. Not only that, there is another short educational video educating you on the part itself (the purpose of the part, it's function etc). We were very impressed by the technology. This technology builds a lot of trust, education to the customer and let's you decide if you actually need that part or not.
