A couple weeks ago I had ordered invitations from Walgreens and they couldn’t do the size I needed.
I called this ups location in Latrobe and spoke to Chad. He talked to me about my options and helped me create my invitations to the size they needed to be. He even pulled up my order in Canva and made adjustments to get it perfect! I was on a deadline to send them out and he helped me get them out same day!
The Latrobe UPS is by far the kindest and quickest store I’ve been to! Will definitely keep going back!”

“I am fed up with this postal service i have lived here for more than 2 years and my rent has been lost bills not received and purchases returned and not delivered my mother didn't recieve one of her bills for six months and now has cost her a lot of late fees etc to catch up what the HELL is the problem im calling to complain again”

“I literally take in the heaviest priority mail packages that weigh sometimes up to 65lbs (limit is 70Lbs) and the ladies there still greet me with a smile on their face. I will help move it to the scale and whatnot to make their day a little more easy going. It's not always easy dealing with the public day in and day out. They are people too. “Why can FedEx in hunker not deliver to the correct address? Why do they not have to go back to wrong address and pick it up and deliver to correct address? They send a picture and you are to play a guessing game as to where they left it.”

“They are super friendly here. There is only a few miles difference between here and the Greensburg, PA post office. You don't have to worry about paying a meter or meter maids either here.”
