Hi there your associate maddy rudely hung up on me about 2 minutes ago. I asked if she had rapid tests and she said no and hung up immediately. I had more questions but seeing how your associate acts on the phone. Store and phone etiquette should be addressed here.

The staff was kind courteous and efficient acting extremely professional. They answered all my questions. I had an immunization shots and I was in and out within fifteen minutes.

I recently visited this location and was instantly greeted and waited on with a smile. They were extremely busy but it was organized chaos. All staff were pleasant. The pharmacist came over and explained what I needed to be aware of with my medication and showed professionalism and caring.

they suck...pharmacy has a 10% rate of getting our scripts correct. but to be fair there is POOR communication between the Boyertown/Bally doctor's office and CVS PHARMACY. BEWARE!!!!!!

Always check your prescription. Gave me antidepressants instead of Dexilant (for acid reflux) Didn't seem very concerned about it.

Worst pharmacy in the world. Constantly a line and a wait for your prescription and even if you're told it is ready it is not and you're told to come back in an hour. They called me and then didn't ever say who it was and immediately put me on hold. I then heard an unprofessional conversation being had while I was on hold and then the manager hung up on me. The computers are constantly down and they have forgotten my insurance multiple times and I had to spend hours on the phone getting them to call CvS to fix it. An old woman who works there in particular is extremely rude and just is miserable in the way that she wants to ruin everyone's day. Don't go here. You will have an issue occur no matter what
