I suggest not buying food. If you open it and it's bad, you can't return for exchange or refund. My wrapped mints tasted like moth balls. They wouldn't exchange or take them back. I'll shop elsewhere. Money is just to tight.

I typically avoided discount stores, in the past but a couple months ago I was curious and went. Surprisingly, quality merchandise at significantly lower prices. Consequently, I now frequent the store regularly, appreciating both the pleasant atmosphere and the value it offers. I consistently leave with multiple bags of useful items. I was humbled đ

People working there are burnt out and shouldnât even be there. Lately itâs been bad as far as checking out. Five simple items and youâre in line for at least ten minutes. Horrible.

GREAT PLACE. ALWAYS GOT WHAT I NEED FOR THE PRICE I HAVE TO SPEND BUT I DID NOT LIKE THAT THEY ONLY HAD ONE PERSON ON AT XMAS TIME. THE CASHIER WAS VERY GOOD BUT CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH NOT FAIIR TO HIM.

I will preface this by saying that I went into the dollar store with a big lots cart from next door. While shopping at the dollar store I said to my 2-year-old, sit down you're going to fall. An Elder woman (Dollar Tree employee) with short white hair proceeded to say, "serves him right he shouldn't be in that cart in here." She then walked past me with a disgusted look on her face and kicked one of the boxes that was on the floor. I am not one to disrespect my elders but I think it's time for an ALF.

If I could give a 0 star I would. When you say to me âread the signâ that you cannot ring out a gift card. You had a line all the way back to the candy isle and only one register open. How is that my fault when the sign is next to your computer. Rude!!! Maybe you should spend a little extra money to have all registered be able to ring up gift cards or use one that can.

I was in the Gilbertsville, PA Dollar Tree today. I met a lovely woman at the register who was pleasant and did her job well. However, I had a return, and the cashier was unable to do a simple $1.25 exchange. The merchandise was labeled clearly on the receipt but the exchange required a manager's signature. The cashier called the manager repeatedly but the manager deliberately avoided coming to the register to sign off. I watched the manager chat with an employee, open another register, blow up balloons, and completely ignore me as I waited and waited and waited. I NEVER experienced such an obvious display of indifference!! I don't understand A) Why a company would not allow the cashier to perform a simple exchange and B) How a manager could be so blatantly incompetent.
