I needed 2 hard drives removed from the outdated laptops so they could be recycled. The removal of the hard drives was done in front of me, and given to me to destroy. The laptops and smashed hard drives could now be safely recycled. What a great business to help the community!!!!!!! Check it out!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. I sent an email (from the opposite side of the world) explaining my problem & within a few minutes, I received a reply explaining exactly what I needed to do in order to fix it. Thereafter, Adam continued to reply to all my questions without hesitation and diagnosed the problem almost instantly. I have honestly never received (or expected) such incredible support. Huge props to IT Elite. If you have any computer or IT related issues I highly recommend them. 5 Star service!

Adam is a complete professional. Brought my sons xbox in for repair. Unfortunately it was fried inside and was not worth fixing. He did not charge me a dime. Class act all the way.

I have been there 2 times for support and had excellent service both times. Very reasonable. Fixed my laptop first in about an hour with very reasonable charge; fixed my cell phone in a few minutes, no charge. Had to go back and knew exactly what happened again, fixed again, no charge again. Very nice to work with. So happy to have such awesome tech service so close in Boyertown.

I've been here a few times for help with my laptop. Adam has been nothing but helpful, going above what I expected to accommodate my needs. It really shows that he cares about solving people's issues and giving them the attention that they deserve. Couldn't recommend this place more if you need help with your electronics.

Adam was great. I had brought in my laptop to get a key put back on and he put a little dab of glue underneath the key and taped it on to hold until I got home and he said to bring the laptop back if I had any other problems, great service.

I took my linxdot heilum crypto miner over after I damaged the contact pads on the board. He was able to fix what I messed up on and repaired it with in a hour. I would definitely recommend.

I have a 2011 17" Macbook Pro with the dreaded GPU issue. I've had it replaced by Apple twice, first under warranty, and the second time charged an arm and a leg. When the GPU died again in 2021 I was considering scrapping the laptop. However, it is still working great for everything I use it for and thus reluctant to buy a new one.I searched online and came across IT Elite and Real Mac Mods. Their solution is to bypass the dedicated graphics card so the computer utilize the integrated graphics only. This way the computer will work the same way as a 13" model. On their website they have posted all instructions with pictures on how to perform the repair yourself. If you are like me and not too comfortable with a soldering tool they also offer to send it in. The price for the modification is more than reasonable and the return time is good. The technician suggested I replace my keyboard as well as it was not functioning properly (known issue) and this was also done for a very reasonable price.I am very happy with this service and I am excited that this very competent computer got its life extended by a few years as a result of this repair.
