“Solton was great! Love the Honda Pilot! Everything was quick and easy. Throughout the transaction, I felt a much higher level of trust in the sale than I usually do. When I was inquiring about the vehicle, he told me that he doesn't have the second copy of keys on hand, but vowed to get them for me from the previous owner. I was hesitant to sign without that second copy of keys, but I felt good about his confidence in getting the keys, so I did it anyways. I told him I probably won't be able to stop by for a few days, but when I did stop by, they most certainly were there! I have to admit, I was pretty surprised. Some salesman would BS into getting the sale, and then come up with an excuse for not getting the keys, but he sure got me those keys. It was something as small as that which really made me feel good about doing my business at 100 Motors.”

“Don's a great guy. He's been in the used car business for 37 years and has always sold lower end cars for the less fortunate of us in this area. Upper end on his prices is around $6,000, he tells me... Not a greedy man, obviously.
I haven't been able to buy a car from him yet but I most certainly would if he could find one I want. I'm in (urgent) need of my next car at the moment, but I'm fussy about having a clutch and they're rarer than unicorns, sadly...
But, I trust Don. He does the best he can for his customers from everything I've seen and that's all you could ask for, right? He's been quite helpful taking way more time to talk with me, give me advice and opinions, etc, than anyone else would, even though he hasn't made a dime from me yet so far.

“From start to finish, I could not have had a better experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, gave me estimates at every step of the way. My 2007 Jeep (180,000 miles) hasn't run this well for a long time. Ryan was honest and upfront and is a very skilled mechanic. He gave me a run down of my vehicle and saved me from trading it in (as suggested by a different place) - I was not looking forward to another car payment and I LOVE my Jeep. When I went to pick it up, Ryan showed all the parts he had replaced and the price for the work was great! - I was quoted twice as much at previous mechanic with an (if it can even be fixed) So happy with Sterner's - they are awesome - gave me my car back, safe, inspected and reliable.....(plus they have a really cute office cat) I will be taking our other vehicles here from now on!
