Absolutely love this post office- everyone is always down to help and I am here often as I ship a ton of my art through this location. James is super kind- always greeting everyone kindly and making everyone’s day. 12/10!

The clerks at the desk are very courteous and make it easy to mail packages. My town carrier is also very nice but I wish the subs would not name all sizes I to the tiny mailboxes at these apartments and place the larger things on the floor as the regular person does. My only problem is that I. Past couple months I have missed several magazines and had to request replacement copies mailed to me which the publishers were gracious enough to do plus one had to send a third because the replacement that came, in a mailer envelope, was soaking wet through and through. I get informed mail but the 3rd class doesn’t come the day the email says it should. Some doesn’t show as informed but an example of missing was the latest Costco flyer for their sales starting g yesterday and I never received it.

I have been a resident of the Boyertown area for 32 years and have never had a problem with anything with the post office or my rural route delivery. Always nice people who know what they are doing. I see a passport complaint here. I don't think the post offices should be required to handle that. Silly to give a poor rating for a reliable facility with long term employees just because of a quick breeze - through by somebody who has money to be running around the globe. That is two problems I have seen this year with people complaining about passport stuff at two of our regional post offices. It's not right to assign that to them anyway. They have more than enough to do.

Went today for passport application...asked cleaning lady, because there was one behind desk...she was kind, but un sure...guy comes out from back says something to her not knowing I was there. I ask him about passport application, he tells me they don't do that anymore, all done on line or maybe the library has a couple laying around. On further checking...they are suppose to be a facility that accepts apps for process. I wouldn't trust that place I'd get my passport....see ya soon library with Excellent reviews!

The couriers at the Boyertown USPS have been slacking for quite some time now. From losing packages and saying they've been delivered or not bringing mail to my slot or to my door they really haven't been fulfilling their minimal requirements. Today I received my Diploma for my Master's degree on the envelope it clearly says "OFFICAL DOCUMENT- DO NOT BEND". My parcel was bent so that my degree that I have just earned now has crease down the length of it. I can order a new one but who's to say that it won't meet the same fate. When I addressed the courier they gave me a half hearted apology, however when dealing with other people's belongings or important documents show some care or pride in your work. I am very disappointed with branch of the USPS and what my neighbors have to say they are too. USPS works of the Boyertown Postal Service please do better.

Did an overnight from PA to CA, didn't quite make it & the refund was easy to obtain and it did arrive safely.

I frequent this post office for my business. Every single time they are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. James, the clerk there, always gives me the best advice on how to ship my items. He always greets me and has a very positive attitude. It makes me so upset that every time without fail I hear at least 2 or 3 people getting bilegerant and angry at the workers for issues that they have no control over, the prices , their mail being lost, something about their postal delivery person. They do alot all day including passports and it isn't right that they get people getting mad at them. their job is to take the mail and packages, weigh it and put the postage on according to the computer. I have never had a bad experience here.

James who works at the front desk is extremely rude. He doesn’t say hi or bye. Then, he charges you much more than any other post office to send packages. Oley post office charges me half of what he did for the same package weight. Shocking. Very disappointed to say the least. They have a new girl now that is phenomenal and I hope she can bring this place back to life!

Every time I go in it's not busy but when i call they never pick up the phone. I keep getting mail that doesn't belong to me. My neighbors are constantly bringing over my misdelivered mail. Packages were admitted to have been mis-delivered and no one retrieved my packages or followed up with me. I never got certified mail notice and when I reported it to the post office the supervisor was suppose to get back to me but she never did. Non-stop issues for years but as of lately it has gotten so much worse.

One shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but rather the merit of it's content. This post office branch is very much alive and proudly serves the Boyertown citizens & visitors alike with distinction & pride!
