I'm posting for Kenneth Moore. He got scammed by this store. They promised him that he will get an $830 promotional credit for trading in the phone. Filed through FCC and escalated this to Verizon HQs. They ignored our letter.

Interesting staff, the girl that works there always seems confused. There is always a long line. They seem to keep people waiting constantly. Frustrating. The men are great, though.

Jash has been incredibly helpful every time I come into this branch; always super friendly and going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. William and Lindsey are great too. This is a great branch, and I’m glad it’s my local one, it’s a large part reason I stay with Verizon.

I visited the store to upgrade my phone and the girl there told me that they were about to close but she still helped me anyway, I had to go back the next day to finish but thank you Adrianna for being patient

I will never go to this place again. I walked in and said I needed a phone and she said she couldn't help me because they close in 30 mins. She said it takes an hour and a half to do it. As she was talking on her phone. Very unprofessional. Wish I would of got her name cause I would be blasting it all in this rating!!! Verizon you need to look for better help!

We purchased phones years ago from Montana and had a wonderful experience! Just recently upgraded two more phones. The road for this upgrade was challenging, but Josh, the manager, stepped in and rectified the circumstances with style and grace! This is what customer service is all about! This is also what fosters loyalty! Thank you, Josh! Much appreciated ?

Joshua has been assisting us with our phone, problems & upgrades for years! He is so patient, friendly & knowledgeable. He is a great manager & great with his employees who are also so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
