Really like it here, but, make sure you are checking labels. I thought all the items were either farm fresh or non gmo and that's not the case.

The store is very nice but I had a very bad experience. They recommended it to me. This is the last time I go.

We visited Russell Farms today. We came from Florida to visit family and wanted to experience all things fall and NY! Apple picking, apple cider donuts, and cider! (Amongst other things)We had a nice experience picking apples although it was rainy and muddy. We were SUPER EXCITED to try the fresh hot apple cider donuts we’ve heard so much about! We specifically went on a weekend during the operational hours of the Apple cider donuts.Upon arriving we noticed they were not serving them. So we went apple picking in hopes that they would be selling them afterwards!Sadly, this was not the case. They weren’t selling them. We then heard from others that they’ve visited 3+ on weekends during the proper hours and they’ve not sold them any of the times. This was annoying to learn and aggravating all around. When mentioned to the employee inside the shop, they didn’t seem to care at all and weren’t polite.I feel as if you have hours and dates for something to be offered, you should honor your word or update accordingly. If you’re closing early.. post that. If you no longer sale them.. update your information. We had some kiddos who were very excited for their donuts and were disappointed in the end.

Lots of choices. Apples to pick or apples already picked. Other fresh veggies too. The breads, jellies, etc. were also numerous. Good prices for good amounts. The apple cider donuts were super. Nice looking kids area too. Ample parking but it can be busy so be ready to walk 100 yards.

Had an amazing experience with my friends and peers at Russell Farms. The staff were incredibly informative and kind, recommending specific apples for their best use cases, such as baking or hand eating, and running the place rain or shine.

Finnegan and I went to Russell's and it was a lot of fun. Pick some apples, get a nice pumpkin, and donuts. Fun for the whole family.

My family owned the property where this wonderful place now operates. Mrs. Russell was very warm and welcoming when I and my family visited following my mom's funeral. Great memories of growing up on Ricker Farm in the 60s and 70s...

Amazing produce! Very nice store shop with many novelty baking and cooking items as well as freezers of local meats and cheeses. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great service and selection of fruits, vegetables and other goodies, even some meats, cheeses and baked goods. Oh and the cider is the best.

They have a huge variety of produce in the store, always fresh and very high quality. Also, they usually have an excellent variety of frozen cuts of meat, especially beef, but other meats as well. This is the only store anywhere near me where I can (usually) find a rump roast, the best for slow-cooker pot roast. Their prices are competitive, usually about the same as local grocery stores or a little better. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
