Here are the easiest directions. Take 376 East to route 30 East. Get off electric avenue.. go about a half a mile and electric avenue ends into Braddock avenue. Take Braddock about 1.5 mi to Corey avenue and make a wide right turn on Corey.. you're going to have to swing wide and you would have to be all the way to the left and then make that right. Otherwise you won't make that turn. Entrance will be on the right up the hill on the intersection of 4th street. Swing wide again to the right and then immediately left. You'll be at the back of the building parallel to the railroad tracks and that's the only entrance and it only fits one truck. The other reviews make it seem scary but I got here with a 379 Pete and a long wheel base with a big sleeper. It's not that bad

It's really hard to get to this place. The streets are tiny and have to make really wide turns.
Alternative road is from I-76W to exit 57 to US-22 Business rt W, keep left to Monroeville use left 2 lanes turn left to Mosside Blvd hwy 48 (3.3 miles) turn right PA130 for 6 miles turn right on Corey Ave it will be on your right. Tre was construction on Corey Ave but they are let you pass. They are friendly.

Very fast unloading. Not easy to get company.
I used exit 77 (5 ton exit, be careful, try to find another exit),
then S Braddock,
ramp to Kenmawr, them turn left,
turn right to Talbot (because bridge ahead is closed due to construction),
turn left to 4th st,
turn right to Breddoc (turn from left curb),
turn left to Corey.
Delivery entrance is on your right, near intersection Corey/4th St.
Room for 2-3 trucks to stay overnight. They open after 6am. Better to get company after 9pm, car traffic on narrow streets.

Well-stocked commercial & residential roofing supplier with about 8 locations in southwestern Pennsylvania. A conglomerate from Boston which purchased a lot of smaller local roofing distributors which is a growing trend in many Industries. I have been in business about 50 years and have now seen this happen in four Industries which I purchased from over the last 10 years. Stability and availability of products goes up but competition goes down
