We got the classic rings in 14k gold through the Black Friday sale, love them & the whole experience of visiting the store (though we eventually purchased online). It’s also really cool to look into the workshop & see where your stuff gets made. Makes you feel good about purchasing local!

Studebaker Metals has the best customer service team! Shelby was really great to work with. We planned a super last minute wedding so I was freaking out when the ring arrived and didn’t fit (We ordered the wrong size) 1 week away from the wedding ?Shelby helped us with resizing and ensuring it delivered on time before our wedding. My husband LOVES his new ring. (Sterling Signet Ring) We plan to purchase some bracelets soon!

My AMAZING "Otto" signet ring was super easy to order, arrived quickly, and is exactly as advertised. This ring is sturdy and has a great weight to it! The letter/design stamp is an ACTUAL stamp and not just a superficial engraving. I highly recommend Studebaker Metals for unique, handmade jewelry!

I cannot express the amount of respect I have for this company. I have personally been such a pain to them with resizing requests and so on. They have made all of my dreams come true. They have made jewelry to match my wedding and children’s birth, and I am so grateful. I will continue to buy from them(and aggravate them) for as long as they're in business.

If you have not made time to visit this shop in person, you should! Beautiful craftsmanship abounds here and the people are AWESOME! We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed browsing, met some of the great team at Studebaker, and watched other artists at work through the window into their workshop. Such a great experience! I am so excited to receive my custom piece I ordered. We will definitely make it a point to stop here every time we visit Pittsburgh! I got my wedding band here- I love the look and knowing it was handmade here in Pittsburgh! Everyone in the shop there was super friendly and helpful when we went in to look at rings. We ended up leaving with more than just wedding rings because they create amazing stuff! The shop cat and coffee machine are an added plus.

The cuff is good looking and extremely high quality. Most importantly though, the customer service of Studebaker is exemplary. When I ran into issues with sizing, I was put in touch with a manager who helped reconcile my issue immediately. Employees are friendly and very responsive. Thank you!

I wanted to get something to memorialize my grandparents that served in WW2. I reached out to their costumer service team a while back and they were super helpful. I was delayed in making the purchase but they were just great. Once the product arrived I couldn't be happier. I wear it everyday it's nice and subtle. The craftsmanship is stellar. Highly recommend them and I'll be buying from them again soon. Incase you're wondering I got the tag necklace.
