“My elderly mother lives in Youngstown and uses the post office there daily. They are always polite to her and help her whenever she needs it. If you ever need stamps, try to order from here to help them out! Parking lot is small and hard to get around, especially for older people. Hours not always the best too, limited to smaller branch.”
“I literally take in the heaviest priority mail packages that weigh sometimes up to 65lbs (limit is 70Lbs) and the ladies there still greet me with a smile on their face. I will help move it to the scale and whatnot to make their day a little more easy going. It's not always easy dealing with the public day in and day out. They are people too.
