“I had a pretty extensive issue with my vehicle. I was sure it was going to cost and arm and a leg to fix and that it would take weeks. I called cash and about 10 minutes later he sent me an estimate. I had my car towed there Friday morning /afternoon. To my surprise, before he even opened on the following Monday he let me know it was done. Absolutely phenomenal service with the price and time it took to get fixed. I'll definitely refer him to anyone in need of any repairs or just maintenance.”

“Haven't dealt with the dealership so I cannot speak on that service, but I go to the jeep service here for vehicle maintenance after two-three negative experiences at a closer dealership maintenance shop. I haven't had any issues with this shop. They are pretty straight forward, get oil changes and tire rotations done in a timely manner (a lot quicker than the other shop did), are patient when me and my kiddos sit in the waiting room, and it's always the same people that work on our jeep and greet us when we walk in. They have done our brake changes, which was done in a fair amount of time, and checked into problems when our jeep had shifting issues. They do have access to the Mopar extended warranty that we have and checked it out to see what is covered (other shop claimed that we didn't have extended warranty even though I had the paperwork and confirmation from Mopar itself). Pricing is what I expect from a dealership maintenance shop, but they give a rough estimate the best that they can so you are aware at what you're looking at price wise. Their estimate on how long it will take to work on your vehicle has been pretty accurate in our experience. Overall, I'm happy with the service experience that I've had here.”
“Dexters is the only place I will go for auto repairs. I have had numerous vehicles fixed here as deer like to hit me. Most recently I had back end damage to my car and again brought my car here. There work is above the normal. Very friendly professional and even gave me a vehicle to drive while they fixed mine. They also did my inspection and oil change while it was there.
Again I have probably had 4 or 5 vehicles to them and would never go anywhere else.

“We were in a collision on a Friday night in town. Our car was still working but we wanted to get a second opinion on it before we continued on with our road trip.I called Marty on the Saturday morning and asked if he had any openings on short notice. He said that he didn't have any openings to do any repairs, but if I brought the car over he'd give it a quick inspection within the hour.He did a thorough inspection for me. He checked the wheel balance, went for a drive, and looked at the trailer hitch (since the trailer had been hit). He also gave a good recommendation on a short term fix for the mirror.When I asked if he took credit card he told me he wasn't going to bill me for a quick look like that when I was having a rough weekend after getting hit by a car in oncoming traffic.We really appreciated that Marty was willing to fit us in on such short notice and I was shocked that he didn't charge us. We managed to enjoy our trip without a lot of disruption because of his help.”
