I arrived to pick up my scrips and was told due to the storm the computers were down. The lady was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience. We decided to wait and see if they could get the computers to boot up. Eventually it worked out great and I was able to get my order. I would definitely recommend CVS to my friends and family. Thank you.

I called more than a dozen pharmacies in our area including Erie UPMC and Allegehney health network infectious disease clinics for the Typhoid vaccination which we needed to travel internationally. Only the Bradford CVS pharmacy had it in stock after checking their inventory personally. The pharmacist on duty was very helpful and professional, and I appreciated her service very much. Thank you. I live in Warren PA.

I called and was completely unable to be connected to a human. I was stuck with an automated attended that was unable to help with what I needed. Finally, I was directed by said automated attendant to LEAVE A VOICEMAIL, while the store is open and during normal business hours. It was impossible to reach an actual human being directly, and the automated attendant was of absolutely no help.

This pharmacy constantly messes up our prescription requests! We call and order...request mailing...they have all our info...they say it will be mailed next day....2 or more days later, we call again and told our scripts r still sitting there, never mailed yet...no excuse, just apology...happens OFTEN!!! Luckily we order early enough to allow for THEIR negligence...

Mostly friendly service. Expensive. I know some have figured out how to earn great savings there but I haven't yet, I can't get past the high shelf prices and mark ups. I'd rather save money each shopping trip than earn Extra Care Bucks for next time. Pharmacy doesn't carry my prescription anymore so I have to travel now.
