There isn't a PNC near where I live but I opened an account here because it is close to my aunt and cousin so I can have them deposit money in to my account. Problem is they closed my account totally randomly. No warning, no letter, no notification. Of course the address had recently changed and I lucked out the new occupants saved the cashier's check for me with all of my money sent to the wrong address!!! These guys are horrible at the customer service thing. They don't even care. I'm guessing they where hoping my check would get lost and they could eventually hold on to my money, forever if they could get away with it. WHAT A BUNCH OF SWINDLERS. I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS AGAIN.

I could not do internal wire from my PNC to my other bank. I had tried and tried nothing worked. PNC is unnecessarily backward and I see the bank not making any headway. In this modern time you are asking me to travel 2hrs 30 before I could see the bank. Circus!

Closed my account of ten (10) years after they didnt have the right email on file and it had gotten overdrawn $11.60.They didnt even try calling my phone to leave a message.Cool. Paperless billing ftw.

The staff are exceptionally professional and polite. This local branch is always helpful and it's a delight to work with their staff regarding any issue or transaction. I highly recommend calling or visiting the local branch first for any issues.PNC is great for creating business accounts, managing finances, and starting merchant services for approved businesses.PNC Merchant Services does, unfortunately, restrict usage of their credit card processing for 2A-related ventures. For all other businesses, Merchant Services is a very nice tool to have.
