The rep was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. Explained my issue and offered viable solutions. Came in to delete a line from my account and ended up getting home Internet service because she took the time to answer questions and show product features. Am pleased with the whole experience. Thank you much. They owe you a cookie or cake or something for the time work you did.

Friendly, kind sales ladies. Helped me set up a new phone in a jiff. Store was neat and tidy, with treats and waters for customers waiting in the queue.
