Zoom Tan is one of the fastest-growing UV and Spray Tanning Salon Chains in America, with locations across Florida, New York, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. The business offers clients various easy-to-manage pricing options to meet all their tanning needs, whether it's a one-time spray for a special occasion or maintaining a summer glow throughout the winter. Zoom Tan believes in providing a high-quality product without locking clients into long-term contracts. The staff at Zoom Tan are generally helpful and friendly. Many clients appreciate the new team members who have been very helpful and welcoming, always greeting customers with a smile and acknowledging them when they leave. The store looks great and creates a relaxing environment where customers enjoy coming to tan. The process is quick, with no waiting times or need for appointments, as staff come to the counter right away or signs indicate when they will return. Many clients note that, initially, some staff members seemed rude or unwelcoming, but over time, they have become extremely nice and helpful. Customers also enjoy the prices, which are considered better than other salons, and the cleanliness of the store. However, some clients mention that the booths could use an upgrade, as they lack air flow and get very hot quickly compared to other salons. Overall, Zoom Tan aims to provide a satisfying tanning experience, with friendly staff and a clean environment. Customers are pleased with the improved service from the new team members and appreciate the convenience of fast service without long waits or appointments.
