I'm a travel nurse. Stayed there for 30 weeks. No Free breakfast lol. The last 6 weeks I stayed there I had some things stolen from my room. I work nightshifts and someone n nightshift at Hilton knew my schedule and took advantage of it. Tried to communicate this with management and got nowhere. 400.00 oof personal belongings stolen. If I work in Lehigh valley hospital again I will find another place to staySafety: Employees go in your room even if you have the do not disturb sign on your door

I called the hotel directly to book with them, didn't use any third party, so I was talking to someone actually employed by the hotel. This hotel charges for breakfast, but the rate with breakfast that the phone rep quoted was just $12 more than without. And the website said it's a full hot breakfast, so we thought that was a pretty good deal. I told them we were bringing our dog, and the rep asked how large. I said about 13 pounds, and she said for that weight they wouldn't charge us, it's only for larger dogs.We arrived to check-in late and weary. Found out our assigned room was NOT the room type the phone rep CONFIRMED over the phone with me, breakfast was NOT included in the price quoted on the phone and we most definitely WOULD be charged for the dog, $75. Breakfast would be $15 PER GUEST and it's a continental breakfast. So we passed on that. When I made the reservation, I signed up for the Hilton rewards program. The phone rep told me about some of the perks, including the free bottled water in the room, which was a welcome treat after we'd been driving for so long. There was a sign on the bottles that said it's a $2 fee per bottle for a certain tier of membership, not a new rewards member.)Our coffee station looked like it had not been restocked from the previous guest (only 1 cup, no sugar, 2 packets of tea, no coffee). At check-out, which I did in person at the desk, the clerk said she would have to have my final receipt emailed to me, could not provide it onsite. So on our drive home I opened my email and saw the receipt. There's a $3.87 "Parking Recapture Fee", which was never disclosed at any point, by the phone rep or the clerk either at check-in or check-out. Some digging online told me that this fee is charged to everyone, whether they park onsite or not, and other hotels charge it as well, and if an establishment does disclose the fee, it is in very fine print.Well, at least the stay was relaxing and we could take advantage of the hot soak in the heated spa? Nope, that was out of order during our visit. We travel a couple times a month and Hilton's now off our list. Stay away.

This was a lovely and clean hotel. The staff were very accommodating. I would like to commend Kris (unsure of spelling) who readily answered the phone this morning 9/15/23 @4am to explain a charge on my in-app itemized receipt. She was professional, courteous, and friendly.

Pros: Location, close to Dorney Park, restaurants and shopping. Wegman's nearby.Excellent customer service.Room was mostly clean.Variety of breakfast foods, and convenience of having breakfast offered in the hotel.Free coffee and nice variety of tea.Cons: I paid extra for breakfast buffet, it was included in my room fee. But when I arrived for breakfast, I was given a bill to sign and assured that I would not be charged extra. So that was odd. Unfortunately, it was the worst quality food my kids and I have ever had in a hotel. I've had better tasting free breakfast at budget motels. We are not bougie or very picky eaters. My kids and I were disappointed to find that there was not a waffle maker. The fruit was sour. The bread, bagels, eggs, potatoes, bacon were just not good. We tried a little bit of everything and found the muffins were the only yummy offering.Hot tub was hot, but jets were not functioning the night we stayed. Our pull out sofa was not made. I was given the sheets and tasked to make it myself. I think staffing was an issue. Not the biggest deal, but doesn't feel great when trying to relax.Overall, we would consider returning for the location. And the staff really saved our experience here. But I'd recommend going elsewhere for breakfast! ?

I was staying here on a business trip. I stayed for a little over a week. The lady at the front desk was very polite while checking me in. Tie was very welcoming and made sure my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as can be. Housekeeping staff did an outstanding job when I requested housekeeping services. The only problem encountered here was that Miro the front desk agent was stealing the tips I left for the housekeepers for their hard work when I would check out. During my stay Miro was constantly going into rooms throughout the hotel leaving front desk unattended. This last stay after I checked out I forgot a personal item in the room. When I walked back to the room, Miro was just exiting the room I was checked in. I walked into the room and noticed the tip was gone. A few moments later the housekeeper was going into the room and when I asked if she grabbed the tip she stated she has not entered the room. I proceeded to go to the front desk where I was encountered with Miro, when I asked to speak to the manager he stated he was the manager. I don’t know where and who I can call for this matter.

We had a great stay! I travel a lot for work and found this Hilton property to be great. Nice employees, clean room, plenty of parking. Mixed google reviews from others, but our stay was great. Nice place, try it out@

I was bitten by disgusting bedbugs while at this "hotel." I brought it to the attention of the hotel manager and she dismiss my claims even though I showed her a picture of what I saw. From the dirty rooms, to the lack of staff and now this? The Hilton hotel chain is nothing more than a glorified Motel.

The beds were horrible. I asked for coffee and the front desk worker said no that's all we have. Two minutes later a worker asked if I wanted fresh coffee. So the front desk worker was just rude and lazy. The window shades didn't work and they were ripped. The bathtub had rust all over it.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week while on work assignment. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk, very nice and had great suggestions for my old school luggage

Do NOT stay here unless you want all your cash and jewelry stolen out of your room! $300 cash and all my mother’s jewelry was stolen by a staff member from her suitcase. The manager was absolutely no help in finding out who was responsible. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was him, we saw him coming out of random hotel rooms constantly throughout our stay. Save your money and stay somewhere that doesn’t have scum running the place!

My stay was typical of Hilton hotels, very good in general…. The room was ready, very clean, good parking, in general very nice staff. However when it came time for breakfast and the confusion of the staff, they handled it very poorly. I saw a sign showing $15.95 per person for breakfast. Though I booked my stay with breakfast included, as I always do, I was informed when I checked with the front desk they’d just switched to a new ‘system’ and couldn’t verify it. I was told I could add it now for $20 for my son and I for our 2 day stay. As we were in town for an event with limited time in the am, I just paid the additional fee so we could manage in the am quickly right at the hotel.Breakfast is a combination of buffet and made to order (eggs, pancakes, French toast all to order) When it came time for breakfast day one - we’d ordered pancakes and eggs… we waited quite a while and were running out of time to leave for our event (this was at 7:30 am on a Thursday), I checked in and was told they had to start them over because they’d run out of batter. It was not busy at this time. No one had said a word to us so we didn’t have time to do anything else and had to leave. We reluctantly grabbed a muffin and left.On day 2 for breakfast, it was 8:30am on Friday. There were around 6-8 guests seated already so a quiet morning. We asked to order pancakes and eggs and were informed by the lady managing the cafe area she was alone so she could not cook and we had to eat only what was out. I went over to the eggs as you can see in the picture, they were burnt and awful. There was almost no oatmeal and it was completely watered down so it left only a little fruit and a yogurt if we wanted. I went to get a coffee and it was completely out - at 8:30am… I explained to the lady that we looked at the eggs and they were really bad and no coffee, etc… she just walked away without saying anything. At that point we left to go to a Cracker Barrel around the corner for a fast breakfast before our event.I explained the situation and how I’d actually paid additional for breakfast at checkout to the lady at the desk, she was very nice and said she’d explain to the manager and email my receipt and if there were still any concerns I could call them back. I assumed they’d simply take the $20 breakfast charge off - but no, nothing at all…I choose Hilton because they’re very clean, friendly, easy to check in/out and I can grab breakfast as I head out simply within the hotel. This experience was very disappointing and only made worse by the lack of willingness to address a clear gap.

The last time we stayed in this hotel was 5 years ago. Unfortunately, it seems to have dropped a little and showing its age . The Reception people at the front desk were exceptionally polite and helpful. No complaint here. The same cannot be said for the personnel in the breakfast area. The young woman who finally did us a favor by taking our order (we were the only people in the very nice breakfast area) was surly and bordered on being rude. The food was rather pedestrian. So as far as breakfast is concerned, anyone staying at this hotel should know that the STARLIGHT DINER is across the street, which has friendly employees who are happy to serve you delightful breakfast and even lunch. (And is my recommendation.)Rooms: Very good, elevator quick,Food & drinks: See above notes about breakfast

One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever had the misfortune to book. Stayed here for one night and couldn’t ever recommend or return.Fitness center: Only stayed here because their gym has a peloton. Thats the full weight rack in the pic…. Also, no mats. The only one there was for the peloton.Guest rooms: look at attached pic. Looks like literal human excrement smeared on the bed.The yellow you see in one pic on the white sheet was worse in-person. The rooms also smelt damp and molded.Staff: amazing - the best part of the stay, hands down. The woman checking me in, service woman up front the next morning, and the bartender were all lovely. Unfortunate they have to work in such a place. This is a trashy Hilton and, considering the rate, could try harder. Try adding just two more weights to your gym, yoga mats, new bedding, and clean mattresses. I’m sure some closing-down mattress store and gym could give you a good deal.

Worst experience ever, upon arrival their payment process caused an error on their end and they attempted to double charge me. I had to spend over an hour with my wife and 3 yr old in the lobby. I had to fix their issue and spend time calling my bank to return the charge they took on the first attempt so they could manually run my card again even though the transaction went through on my banks end. Finally after an hour and fifteen mins they let my wife and child into the room and their computer was able to take payment properly. At this point I was very frustrated and they offered free breakfast but I already had that through my booking so they offered us some free snacks. Then in the morning I woke up for breakfast to no electricity in the whole hotel. Power was out for 3 hours. Went to get breakfast at 8:30am and they were cleaning it up quickly so I did not even get a good breakfast. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone since they all lack in making the customer experience a positive experience. Also, upon entering room and checking it the bathtub/shower was dirty and had hair so I had to have them send someone to clean it. They left half a role a toilet paper and no extra toilet paper. Cloths from the last customer was in the drawers. Staff appear under trained and lazy.
