What a pleasure to be able to hear clearly again! I appreciate Lori's professionalism and expertise in fitting and adjusting my hearing aids as they needed to be. I enjoy talking and laughing with Judy as I arrive and wait my turn. My son who brings me says that when it is time to get hearing aids, Miracle Ear in Brentwood is where he will go.

My husband is the one that received hearing aids. Bob was great at explaining the tests he did and to my husband and the graph of the outcome of the tests. He listens to the problems you are having being new to the aids and takes his time again explaining how he can rectify the problem! The facility is so easy to get to and free parking! We love the receptionist! She has a great personality to make you feel at ease being there for the first time!

I have been a customer of Miracle Ear for, probably, ten years. They are the best. Lori and Judy at the Brentwood, PA office make you feel like family. Lori, along with being very professional, is also very caring and take time to really listen to your concerns. Judy make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Her phone calls to inform you of an upcoming appointment are like talking to a family member. Please keep them at this location. I can’t imagine trusting the importance of my hearing with anyone else.

Such pleasant employees! The doctor took time to explain some possible reasons for my hearing loss and gave me information for an ENT. Miracle Ear does a free hearing test, which is pretty much unheard of these days.
