This place will ROB you out of your money. No sign or any indication of a “no refund” policy, and employees are ignorant in the policy themselves. I was told at the register before checkout that “it could be returned within 14 days” just to find out hours after the purchase, the item couldn’t be returned. HORRIBLE shop, ignorant staff, won’t be returning!

Told the woman behind the counter exactly what my deal was and she was VERY HELPFUL. She picked me out the perfect vape and liquid I am very pleased with the ease of use in vape she picked and the juice tastes great and is strong! Wish me luck! (Newport smoker) ??

I am always looking for iced salt flavors but always run into those that are straight menthol with a hint of flavor. Selection for those seem to be limited everywhere i go; however, I ended up buying a house flavor that the guy suggested and it's great. Spent not 5 minutes... Got the wrong novo coils but that's my fault. Rare experience and will return.

Been coming here for years now because I didnt mind supporting a smaller business even though the prices are a bit high. I can't wear a mask due to medical conditions and I never have an issue with these guys other than the fat slob they have there once in a while. I'm vaccinated and everything and he still wants a mask. Like let it go dude its not even mandated anymore. But dont worry I wont be back here anymore and I usually spend about 60 bucks a week here. Guess I'll just take that somewhere else now.

This was my first experience ever going to a vape shop and by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a store. The guy was ignorant, and when I asked him how to use it and that I wanted to make sure I was buying the right thing because I had a thc cart (medicinal and I showed him my card) he started getting all extra saying not in the shop and when I said I've never used one before I have no clue what to do he started to again say not in the shop. While this was going on there was another gentleman behind me that knew the heavy set guy that I was dealing and he just sat there laughing . I will never go back here and encourage anyone to not go there as well especially if you want to kno the product your buying or how to use it .

Order processed quickly, slow communication (got tracking number the day after item shipped), website (at least shipping policy page) needs updating... $7.50 shipping on a $15 item is not $5 flat rate for orders under $100

This was my second time at this vape shop. My experience was amazing, Kat was so attentive answered all my questions educated me on certain things, very patient with all the flavors that I wanted to smell and making suggestions, she even called her manager to make sure about a specific coil for my tanks and when purchasing a new one kindly put it together for me she was just so very professional! 5 stars all the way great selection of flavors and I have found my new flavor for now fried ice cream I mean come on!!! Thanks guys!

Sold "mint" liquid that was straight menthol. Guy seemed like he couldn't be bothered to deal with me. Juice has started to have scum appear in a freshly cleaned tank with a brand new coil. Go elsewhere for quality juices or products, this place let that slide.
