Dillon spent hours helping me get apple plus+. He first tried everything he could, and then called Apple and tried for an hour to get help from the Apple "expert," who was no help. Last, he spent time with TMoble to get the problem resolved. Dillon worked tirelessly on my behalf. This is not the first time he has helped with an extremely difficult issue. Manager Tyler sells deals that do not exist I had called him since opening acct in July to fix it and never was fixed. I called corporate and was told the promotion never existed. I will call BBB and report this. I was over charge 48.00 a month. Do not use Tmobile especially Brentwood location!

Incompetent at the store and on the phone got told 3 different things each time I visit and call. Not only did customer service recorded my own SSN WRONG on my account, I have been waiting since MAY for my rebate and still haven't got it in whole. Now I'm in financial hardship paying for BOTH my old service and t mobiles. I'd recommend sticking with your old service or look elsewhere!

Last May, 2022, I decided to try the T-Mobile internet. When I signed up using the online chat service, the sales person told me that if I would switch mine and my wife's phone service to T-Mobile, I could get the internet service at an even lower monthly rate. I agreed to have him send me the SIM cards and had to pay a $60 activation fee ( for the phones, not the internet). After receiving the router and SIM cards, I connected the router but I did not install the SIM cards in my phones. The router did well with a good signal, but when the signal strength dropped to 2 bars, I lost internet service. This seemed to happen the most, every afternoon. For me that was unacceptable. I then cancelled the internet service and the phone service, which I never used, and returned the router within the 15 day window. Thus I wasn't charged for either services. However, when I attempted to get my $60 back for the phone activation, it was a nightmare. I was told that I had to call customer service to have that done. T-Mobile's customer service people don't speak or understand English very well!!! I think that I heard that they are somewhere in the Philippines. I called, at least, once a month for six or seven months (I lost count). I was told on all of those calls that I would be refunded the activation fee in one way or another (even by them sending me a Visa gift card for that amount which I was fine with). I still haven't received my $60 back!!! I tell people to stay away from T-Mobile because if you ever have a problem, you're going to go through Hell to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and choose a different carrier that has customer service agents here in the USA!

Bad experience in this store unfortunately, Erick H. Rude person, i had a T-Mobile customer service representative on my phone and talked to erick h Even with him he was rude over the phone, bad service!!

Store was ok. My problem isn't with the employees at the local store. But now their cust service number on the other hand. Horrible. 4 stars for the store and employees though.

Kayla and the rest of the team at Brentwood T-Mobile store were beyond excellent. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Never felt pressured, only helped. I left with a new phone, wireless service and home internet at less than half the price I was paying with an unmentionable "V" company.I can not give anymore stars or I would. I can not recommend their service more highly. If you are unsatisfied with your current provider, head to this location and feel better about who you spend your money with.

I was in there on 1/28/23 to pick up a new phone I ordered online. The sales rep Chris helped me get everything set up and he was the most professional retail person I've dealt with in a long time. He was friendly, helpful and informative. I didn't buy any extras but if it gives that dude a commission I might just come back and get some to show my appreciation.
