Every single time one of my packages goes through the Bridgeport facility, delivery will be delayed. On the day of scheduled delivery, the driver will simply not deliver the package, mark it as the customer was not home even though they never went to your house in the first place, and the delivery will be delayed until some unforseen amount of time after which the driver feels like delivering your package. The only good thing about this place is that the customer service is kind and helpful, though they somehow have no idea what's going on with the drivers and no ability to fix anything. Best to just go there and pick up your package, though it will take them 12-24 hours to actually figure out where your package is in the system before you can go get it.

I am waiting for my package since one week and they keep saying you gonna receive today tomorrow now they saying some one make request to hold on it, how it can be possible if I didn’t make any request. I am very disappointed with the service of FedEx

From my experience, FedEx has consistently let me down. I’ve had multiple packages arrive late or never show up, and my delivery instructions are almost always ignored. With little to no updates on delays, I’ve completely lost confidence in their service.
Update; THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AGAIN! TODAY! UNBELIEVABLE!

WORST DELIVERY “SERVICE”. Consistently does not deliver. Twice in one week I waited all day for deliveries that required a signature without delivery. The package was out for delivery both times. They both ended with a bogus delivery exception “local delivery restriction - delivery not attempted.” I filed a complaint the first time and did get a phone call from Mark who claimed they were looking into the matter. Mark gave me the phone number for this facility (same as listed in google). The only problem is nobody answers the line. I am asking all vendors using Fedex ground to ship with a different carrier. Preferably a carrier that doesn’t make up BS lies like Fedex.

I say an extra prayer at night when I see my package has landed at the black hole this facility is. It’s almost a guarantee your package will be late and broken.

This facility absolutely sucks. My package was supposed to come FIVE days ago and is continuously being delayed at extremely late hours of the night. I would report this entire company to the better business bureau if I could.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! My package was scheduled to arrive to my home 11/9 but came a day earlier 11/08 when I was at work. (Left no door tag but did take a photo of the correct house. It is a signature required package on FEDEX GROUND) Ok cool I can live with that. They rescheduled for 11/09. I got up early to be at the front door in case he attempted the delivery at the same time as he did the previous day. He rode right past my home and marked the package as “delivery attempted because customer wasn’t home” I called customer service. They were not able to help in the moment. So I took a day off work 11/10 to be home yet again to get my package. The driver comes at the same time again as the previous day around 10am. But he’s parked down the street. By the time I got downstairs which was fairly fast. He pulled off and marked my packages “delivery attempted” AGAIN I am outraged at the horrible service at this particular one. The drivers have no consideration for the customers. I did happen to call their center to get some help and a nice lady did as much as she could to help me but no luck. 3 days and NO PACKAGE or anything!!!! ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO SEND MY PACKAGE TO ME OR HAVE SOMEONE BRING IT at this point!!!!

My ground package did not get delivered today it has been sitting in Bridgeport pa all day. No reason they have not delivered it.

Our package was delivered to a totally wrong place, signed by some random guy not matching the recipient name after business hour. The driver cannot even distinguish two 4-digit numbers. We walked around the properties at the delivered location, didn't find anything and anyone with that signed name, only to find another company lost their packge on the same day, signed by the same random guy. People work here changed their words 3 times a day, from find the package to still looking into it to lost the package, just trying to avoid the problem and ask me to contact the shipper to get refund, but I'm the shipper and I don't need refund because we are collecting company properties from a prev employee. I doubt if they really asked the driver to go back and find the package, or the driver didn't go back to check at all just said it's gone so they can follow whatever procedures they have.

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. Having the same issue as many others. I was told one of my packages failed to deliver because no one was home despite the delivery not needing a signature. There was No attempt from the driver to knock on our door or ring our doorbell. They dropped off one of my packages at least although they left halfway in my driveway and made no attempt to bring it to our porch. I called customer support and the lady told me she was sorry and a new driver would drop it off before 2pm. Never happened so I called again. The new person I got on the phone with then began lying to me say no delivery attempt was ever made despite is still being listed on the tracking information. After going back and forth he then told me it will be here by 5pm. I am still waiting but seeing as the facility says it closes at 2pm I am sure Fedex customer service just lied to me twice in one day to cover up a drivers lie.

The driver delivered my package to an entirely different address that’s not even within this area. This service has become completely useless. My kids can follow instructions much better than this new generation in the workforce. No one takes pride in their work ethic anymore, and we’re stuck with the consequences.

I swear most of the delivery drivers from this location do the barest of minimum. How hard is it to ring a doorbell? I literally watched the driver pull up front, not even get out of the truck, & drive off. Didn't even bother to leave a door tag.

Requested and paid for a redirect to new address. Called FedEx support and was told they contacted the station to ensure the package was redirected correctly. Instead of doing that, the driver signed for the delivery himself and left it at the old address.

Better Business Bureau, where are you at?
So like 90% of all the reviews before mine, FedEx allegedly attempted to deliver our package several times, but I, “customer was unavailable.” That is a complete lie, they also took a picture of the “ attempted delivery sticker”, that was never left at our door. This package was too important for me to sit around and wait for something to happen so I drove to the Bridgeport and requested to pick up my package. After talking to BestBuy, it sounds like this facility is known for these issues, I still don’t know what they’re doing to fix it, but I got my package. Also, for anyone having a similar problem, I took a picture of this for y’all. Call them !! Call them !! Call them and report the lying FedEx drivers. Mine was Jefferson!
