I got a notification on 9/8/23 saying my package would be delivered between now 10:10am & 2:10pm at 8:20pm I had to call customer service to find out where my package is they tell me it was a delay. Ok why couldn’t they have said that earlier it took me to call to get that information. Saturday morning 9/9/23 I get another notification saying it would be delivered between 10:10am & 2:10pm & finally it was delivered at 11:45am.

The fedex driver from this hub dumps everything in the middle of the road (even in heavy rain) and lies that it's delivered front door. I even made a sign at fedex to say to the driver "please deliver packages to my address, not middle of the road", but didn't work. The driver dumped chandelier and a rug in rain, both completely damaged. I call the hub, and they say our raod is small and dangerous for the driver. I guess our road is dangerous to that one particular driver. UPS, USPS and amazon, any other delivers (including large furniture pieces) come to our address just fine. Fedex this location is a JOKE!

Don't pay extra to pick a delivery date. Your package won't come. When you eventually drive to Bridgeport because they won't deliver it, and you get it in your car, they will claim that they delivered it, after you did all the work and drove there and paid tolls, and you wont get that money back you paid for the delivery date you picked. Why is fed ex still in business?

My AC has been at this FedEx location since before sunrise today. I was told deliver would be between 10:20am and 2pm. It’s 8pm now. Location is closed and I have no way to know if it’ll be delivered tonight or it would be tomorrow when I’d be at work. I need the driver bring it inside with his dolly. First floor no steps.

These drivers are a bunch of liar.They said no one was home when they attempted the delivery which I was home all day a day earlier for delivery. Then it schedule to be delivered Friday now they talking about maybe Saturday or Monday. Please don't use them

Worst place to have your package at , might at well play Russian roulette w ur package cuz that M* gone , my girl has had at least 4 packages either lost or stolen at this point they need to get taken off the fedex community

Multiple packages of mines that pass by this location have disappeared. Atleast 4 packages that contained sneakers have disappeared from this place. They’re drivers are a bunch of thieves.This station should be reported to the news. They dont hold their drivers accountable everytime a package is lost( meaning stolen).Everyone knows that these younger people now works for FedEx just to steal packages because they know they will get away with it.

Horrible FedEx drivers at this location. Nothing but headaches. Having to call them and deal with multiple issues is so stressful. They never bothered following up to resolve the issues, pretty much ghosting me. Customer service is non-existent. I wish Amazon didn’t use them. Never had any issues with UPS or USPS.

Five different deliveries out of this center over a week, and not one placed at the front door. Left out in the open at the end of our driveway 100' away, near where our trash is picked up. Today I attempted to get the driver's attention, shouting to him to stop, but he just waived and drove away - quickly. We have called the FedEx complaint number; what a joke. They SWORE it would never happen again. That was a half dozen deliveries ago. Maybe this is FedEx's standard now, but UPS still delivers to the door away from public access (theft). If I could elect NOT to use FedEx, I would.

They pulled into my driveway on two separate days, never got out of the vehicle, but said we were not home. Its perishable goods, so we called within minutes (We have security cameras) and the excuse was 'they have other packages to deliver and he didn't have time.' I OFFER TO PICK IT UP IN BRDIGEPORT and the best they could say was they will deliver it tomorrow. Who is going to pay for the items going bad?

Fedex should lose whatever contract they have with department stores to deliver larger/valuable packages. The drivers are up to no good and their managers are either oblivious or are expert gaslighters who will reassure customers that their packages will get delivered just to get you off the phone. I received emails and texts stating that my package would be delivered four consecutive days and when I scheduled a delivery and camped out at home to make sure they wouldn't miss me again, the delivery was delayed due to a "failed" attempt. But I know for a fact that they did not even try. Fedex even told me the driver would come back at the end of the route and when I called back two hours after the given window, I was told the truck had already returned. Unless you are willing to pull up to the facility personally you are better off getting a refund because the theft issue is widespread and retailers couldn't care less about losing items as long as they are insured.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Package was delivered to the wrong address, even after clearing sending them the photos of the house they delivered to and my house, where my address is both on my door and above my mail box. Fed ex declared it to have been delivered to the right address and closed my claim case. Even with clear evidence that it was incorrectly delivered FedEx did not care.

I have had 3 separate orders come through this location and I haven't seen a single one of them. My packages have been marked as "on the way" for over a week now.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Definitely something going on with this facility. Don't expect to get your package if it is coming from here. FedEx customer service to find missing packages is a bunch of BS as well.

Never using fedex again. Have been waiting 11 days for my iPhone to be delivered 2 miles. Stationary for 10 days. Today it says it was delivered and I left work early hoping it was there.. they admitted that it was actually lost when I called. Absolutely incompetent & unprofessional.
