“Per previous experiences, I didn’t even have to think about where to go. Everyone is very accommodating, nice and tells me exact, direct information about my current situation. They also have the best tires that beat out others whether in east coast mountains or worst city roads/traffic. Competitive prices, knowledgeable etc.. definitely worth a shot.”

“Stopped in a few Mondays ago for the first time and was helped immediately by Justin. Fully expected to need a new set of tires as the current all terrain set that came with my truck had started to develop that louder road noise around 50-60mph. Justin was able to check out the wear pattern and suggested we turn all the tires around since the tread was still in decent shape overall. Couldn’t believe that it took only about 40 minutes tops to be diagnosed, tires adjusted, balanced and checked out. Everyone at the place was extremely friendly and Justin’s suggestion made a huge difference to ride noise so far. Always a pleasure to find a business that you feel is professional and honest. Will need tires soon regardless and will absolutely come here to get them. Thanks for the help!”

“As a newer driver who is still easily overwhelmed by driving, finding I had a flat tire last week was very overwhelmingly stressful. At the recommendation of my brother and parents (who have used them for many years) I called up Havertown Auto Services and they were able to see me right away that afternoon, take my bad tire, and put the new one on for me early the next morning! Their efficiency of quality service, and kindness through it all really makes a difference. I just got my other 3 tires replaced yesterday, and that too was done in a matter of a few short hours. I was back driving the same day and my car runs smoother than ever. I hope I don’t have any more problems soon, but if I do I will definitely be back because I know they’ll take care of me!”

“The team at Monro Blue Bell went above and beyond on 12/28, fixing my flat and another tire that needed replacement. Ty went above and beyond by personally driving to pickup the new tires when Monro’s warehouse had a delay. And, the tires he got, were less expensive, so his heroic act saved $100+ off the original total quoted. And, with little hope at 8:30am, we were complete by Noon, and our family was off to Poconos for a planned trip. My family will definitely go back for auto services at Monro. Very trustworthy.”

“Absolutely outstanding service. I did a PPI with the team at German Auto Specialists and have been blown away. They took several detailed documented photos, ran through a comprehensive mechanical snd cosmetic checklist, and reviewed the results with me in 24 hours (Alex took a call over the weekend for me as I was in a rush)! Not only that, they also continued to spend their time and engagement with me post PPI, as I had further questions after the PPI.
It’s very rare to find honest and thoughtful mechanics who truly care about their customers and know their stuff. I know I will be using them as my trusted mechanic, even though I live in NYC. That’s how good they are.”
