“We have been bringing our van here for the big fixes for several years, and I recommend everyone do that. They know what they're doing and the service is excellent. The van stays fixed (until something else breaks.)
But here's an illustration of how awesome they are: For two years we've had a wasp sitting at the base of our windshield, stinger pointing out. We didn't want to risk sticking our fingers there to pull it out so we just left it. We had the van detailed twice and all those guys did was move the wasp around. Last week Wynnewood Park Service fixed our van and... they removed the wasp.”

“PA Tire and Auto is BY FAR the best place to take your car in the area. I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to them. Bram, the manager, called me almost immediately after to tell me that all four of my tires were completely dry rotted way more than he had ever seen on a new car that had less than 18k miles. He encouraged me to call the manufacturer and go through the warranty to get them replaced. Bram could have lied and told me the state of my tires was on track for the lifespan of them, and sold me 4 new tires. But he didn't do that- he was honest and transparent and told me to fight for a warranty because I deserved it. No only that- Bram spent probably a few hours on the phone with Yokohama himself when they demanded to speak to a mechanic who had seen and measured the premature rot in my tires. All the while, he knew his shop wouldn't be able to carry out the warranty themselves because they are not a dealership, which would be authorized to do warranties with this specific brand of tire. In short, he encouraged me and helped me get a warranty on my tires because it was in MY best interest to do that. It wasn't in his best interest or the shop's best interest but he did it anyway. He has integrity and an admirable work ethic. He was so patient and kind that he has won a customer for life. Thank you for everything, Bram!!!”

“They're busy and you should call ahead to schedule appointments. I've been using their service for over three years and I've had issues where I drop off the car the night before, but they forgot about it, and serviced it late the following day. I've experienced the typical upselling techniques of pushing products when unnecessary so make sure you know what you're going in to; however, I continue to return and do business with them because of proximity convenience and are consistent with pricing. I give them four stars because they're seriously lacking in the customer service department. They could use some "soft" skills such as simply saying "good-bye" or "thanks" at the end of transactions. I feel like I'm being rushed on the phone or in the store, similar to ordering takeout at a local restaurant.”

“I had a terrific experience here! I needed a trailer hitch and harness installed quickly on my Mazda CX5, and all the dealerships were extremely backed up. The mechanic I typically go to was similarly unavailable, so I found Al & Harry's, and I'm really glad I did. First of all, they squeezed me in in just a few days. Second, the job turned out to be a lot trickier than expected, and they still got it done the same day. And third, they needed to cut part of the bumper to install the part, which I knew about in advance, but instead of just smoothing out where they made the cut, they actually added some custom made trim, so it looks like it came from the factory like that! I would be happy to bring my business here again.”
