Went to Wawa on June 21 2025 because of the fair my girlfriend an two sons went in to get a Fountain drink there was a handwritten sign say ( cups are at Cash register ) my girlfriend asks for a cup they gave it to her no problem my son that is Half black asked for a cup they told him there no free cups you have to pay so my girlfriend an sons left the store later about two hours me an me girlfriend go back in the store because I was Thirsty I asked for a cup an was told you have to o buy something My remark was I’m trying to buy a drink From the Fountain soda I need a cup please tell me how could a buy a fountain soda without a cup then the manager called the police on my girlfriend because they thought she came back in an Brought me to do something whatever went through their heads and the police exhorted my girlfriend out and got her banned from the store when all we were trying to do is buy drinks pathetic Ignorant Wawa really need to handle that store and have better people run it Because this is ridiculous

I love this wawa but they always mess up my food every time I order. They added onions on my sandwich & I'm deadly allergic to onions. On my receipt it doesnt even say onions! This happens so often with my food and I'm tired of it. I want change.

Since when does wawa let employess have earbuds in to make phone calls while they are working the register. Very unprofessional.

This is the worst Wawa I’ve ever been. The Lady at the register is so rude and racist. She needs to see a therapist, she herself is enough to ruin someone’s day. Such an arrogant unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. Never going to see her face again.??

Worst wawa I’ve ever been to. I had a gift card and the cashier was not able to scan it he called the manager (older lady) and she started yelling at me and telling me to brighten up my phone while it was already bright. After that she gave me an attitude and told me she knows how to do her job and left after that. Worst manager I have ever seen and most reviews show what type of person she is.

Definitely not my favorite neighborhood Wawa. Cashiers at the registers are very rude and inhospitable, specifically the older woman Joanne or Jan. Spoke with the manager about it and he did not offer any type of resolution or reassurance that the customer service experience would be improved upon. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely love this Wawa. Always nice polite people working who always smile and are so very polite and friendly. The food is always nice and made fresh right in front of you. Can't get enough of Wawa.
