I was very satisfied with A-link’s services. They helped me design and print bookmarks and a banner for a local book promotion event. Both the banner and bookmarks turned out phenomenal and drew a lot of attention. A-link was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and the website was very user friendly. This all helped to get everything done in time for the event, which was all in less than a week. All in all I would highly recommend A-link for their printing services.

A-Link is a small woman owned business that I have come to rely upon for everything, from event programs to training materials to large and small signage. They are helpful with brainstorming ideas, designing and formatting materials, and produce most items on site. Jaci, the owner, stands behind her products and will make things right, if necessary. Karen and Jen have exceptional customer service and design skills. Karen, in particular, takes the time to understand what you are looking for and I often feel she is simply able to figure out the ideas inside my head without me having to explain. I truly appreciate the A-Link team and their partnership with me which has spanned over 15 years and at two different companies.

The printing was sharp – but ultimately part of the order wasn’t the correct size. More disappointing, though, was the interaction with the front desk, which was a far cry from the quality service and satisfaction-oriented philosophy described on the A-Link website. I make an effort to support local businesses but won’t be returning to this one.

A-Link Printing has been designing, printing and mailing newsletters and postcards for me for several years. They do excellent work. Very responsive to calls/emails. Beautiful job on all printed products. Items are mailed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
