“Was on my way to an important event that I was leading, and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. While getting gas, noticed a nail in my tire. Swung by Mr Tire for help and explained the urgency of getting it repaired quickly. The manager was wonderful, even called his mechanic to see if he could arrive sooner, as only one mechanic was working. He did arrive about 10 minutes early for his shift. He was able to patch my tire and after an hour, I was on my way. I watched the mechanic and he gathered various tools from different locations, and also paused several times to get on his iPad. I don’t know the process and protocols, but I have to say that it appeared very inefficient. I have had tire patches before and it took other shops less than 10 minutes to get the job done. I’m grateful for the service of these two, but I think management should reevaluate a few things to create greater efficiency which would lead to greater customer satisfaction, more customers being served, and repeat business.”

“Bruce went above and beyond to help me with an emissions issue. He worked to try and troubleshoot the issue so it was more affordable to me, and when we couldn’t take that route he worked very hard to find affordable parts to keep the costs down. I grew up around a car garage (dad was an auto body tech) and it was a special small-town code to take care of the people and their cars. It has been awhile since I’ve seen those ethics, so I appreciate them deeply. This is a garage who will work hard to get your car in good shape and won’t take advantage of you in the process. Not only do I recommend, but they’ve also gained a loyal customer who they’ll be seeing for all the vehicle-related things.”

I was having an issue that when accelerating up a hill, I would feel a shudder or wobble. It was also time for an oil & filter change. I also had a wheel sensor that wasn't working. I made the appt. online which was easy. I was sent an email confirmation and a reminder the day before the appointment. I dropped the car off. It's been a while since I've brought a car here for servicing. Chris was very helpful & polite. He asked if I had a backup ride and I did. Chris called me with what they had found. A misfire - they recommended changing the plugs. They replaced the defective wheel sensor under warranty and they found a problem with the axles and replaced them along with some other supports under warranty. The wobble is now gone, the new wheel sensor is correctly reading with no dash error light. My car was ready for pickup the next morning and they even washed my car! Thank you!”

“I found myself in a bind with a nail in my tire. I stopped at Monroe Muffler and explained to them the problem. They all were very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my tire very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend these good folks for any thing you need fixed on your care. Very grateful for their service.”
“Excellent customer service from start to finish! Bruce got me in for an estimate same day as I called and got my 2025 Lincoln Corsair in the following week for hood damage. He estimated 2-3 days and the work was done within 2 days. The SUV looked as good as new and you could not even tell I had damaged the vehicle. First time using Bruce’s but will DEFINITELY be back!”

“I take my car to Firestone because, I trust that they are doing a thorough job. Today I had state inspection and an oil change. In at 10 out by 12. Ron is a great manager he answers my questions and explains what work needs done and why. I never feel like I'm just a woman who doesn't know anything, When I'm at Firestone. Jim set my apt up for today. I always wait for my car. TV and Internet, 2 hours of nothing to do but...rejuvenate..cat nap.”

“I absolutely love Protech in Bridgeville. We’ve taken BMWs, Volvos, Jeeps and Kias for everything from oil changes to tires to brakes to alignments. They do inspections too. They are straight-up about pricing and don’t sneak in any extra costs that they might have “forgotten” to mention. And if there’s an issue after they’ve done the work, they will do everything to make it right. Being a female, I have never felt condescension or like they’re trying to rip me off.
