“I had my car repaired here. While it took a very long time, it was to be expected and I knew that going in. I have a new model and parts were hard to access. They kept me updated with time frames when they could. Cost wise, this was an insurance claim so I only paid my deductible. They were an Allstate recommended shop which means all I did was drop the vehicle off and they do the paperwork and communication with Allstate for the repairs. Easy for me. They guaranteed their work for as long as I own the car. There was one concern I had (about 3 months later) and they addressed and resolved that concern professionally and politely. I'd definitely recommend them.”
“I had 2 very positive experiences with the service & collision center that I wanted to share. The first happened a few years ago. I was dropping my daughter off at school just down the street and I must have driven over something while pulling into the school's parking lot because when I got out of the car to drop her off I heard a rush of air coming out of one of my tires. I started to panic not knowing what to do. This was also around 7 am in the morning so not much was even open. I ended up calling the Colussy Chevrolet service center which was thankfully open and they said I could bring it in. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue, and it only cost me around $20. Fast forward to today. I have a couple minor scratches on my car from a backing up incident over the weekend. I stopped by Colussy Collision center as it was on my way home and the manager, Tom, was kind enough to come out and take a look and give me his honest opinion which didn't even involve using their services. I'm glad I didn't need to use their services today but after my positive experience I know where I'll go if I ever do need more extensive repairs in the future!”
“I was in the market for another vehicle when mine was involved in a deer collision & was deemed a total loss. We were looking within 150 mi radius because we wanted a specific model of puckup truck. When we reached out to Colussy, Quinn sent us info and pictures right away. He even offered to have the truck put up on a rack if we had any concerns. We went to see it the next day and he was extremely helpful in explaining everything about the vehicle. We were confident & wound up signing papers that same day with the help of Joe, the business manager, who educated us on some things, again making everything extremely easy. We were able to pick up the vehicle 3 days later. Again, Quinn was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything about the truck's features.
