I’d like to bring attention to the bank manager “ Matt “ . I was upset about an issue I had and called corporate. Needless to say, my issue was unresolved. I went to the branch the next day and about a 2 hours later Matt called me, He was very polite and professional. I figured he wouldn’t remember me because I’m only in the bank a few times a month. I was wrong, he did remember me. He listen to the problem I had, was understanding and was able to come up with a resolution that really was above and beyond my expectations. Matt really made me feel like I was a valued customer. THANK YOU MATT!

Very professional, friendly and welcoming staff. Of all the branches, I always prefer this one and have never been disappointed. Good job guys!

Account executive sat at his desk and wasted my time trying to open a premium account as an existing account holder. I should've just paid $50 for the cashier's check.
