I cannot say enough about how wonderful this store and staff are. The cleanliness is top notch. I can swear someone is always vacuuming when I’m there - love it! The clothing/shoe/accessory items for sale are wonderfully organized and displayed - a little too easy to pick a great piece to add to your wardrobe!Above all, the staff are incomparable. Their customer service is top tier. I was witness to an unsettled customer who was attempting to sell an item that just wasn’t the right fit for the store and their clientele. The ease, patience, grace, and confidence that all of the staff showed during the encounter while continuing to provide me with superior customer service was something that will continue to bring me back. Keep up the outstanding work!

Older blonde cashier is very rude ( overheard she was a manager) . Seems as if customers were bothering her. Not a comfortable shopping experience. Reviews on yelp seem more accurate.

Once again,I find myself here.I contemplated my thoughts&decided how to proceed.Prior to this entry I voiced my opinion regarding my experience w/the elimination of my 20%from my acct.I received a call from an owner,Jaime Martin.He seemed aloof&disinterested in my dilemma.Yes, he agreed to honor the 20%.However,this could’ve been resolved in the store.Your remark was no one can do anything w/o my say.I felt you seemed superior w/your distribution of authority.You own a female shop-female employees-female customers-you should treat everyone with the utmost respect.I own a prosperous rental property-The retrieval of my 20% was due to principle-I earned it.I am declining the offer upon further review of our discussion.Your audacity regarding me to remove my original post was perturbing.As a female, who is concerned for other female shoppers-my post has been substituted with this one.Perhaps, the next time you converse with a fellow shopper who is in the same predicament as me-you may treat the situation differently-more consideration & understanding. I hope you treat your employees with kindness and compassion. Everyone deserves respect for working at the store-for shopping and spending money at the store. You need to be more gracious of others. Kindness & friendliness go a long way. People will remember you for the good you do-how you treated them. I always try my best to be a good person and a friend to everyone I encounter.

I don't recommend making a special trip to try to sell anything. The store is SUPER selective about what it will take. Of the three ikea bags full of clothes, they only took two pairs of shoes and offered me $10. They even passed on a mint pair of Betsey Johnson shoes that had never been worn. I really don't understand their selection process. The clothes that are on the racks aren't really anything special or "on trend." The clothes my sister and I brought were not old, worn out, off trend, or dirty. The only good thing I can say is that there were really good prices on some designer bags, but overall I was really disappointed.

I came here to buy clothes for a business conference. I would categorize this store as a good consignment store for business casual clothing or casual clothing for women 40 and older. They only buy/sell items that are in basically new condition and well-known brands. The store is very well organized by type of clothing, size, and color. I think that was my favorite part. It made it easy to find what I was looking for. I do think for a second-hand store they price their items too high. Ex: blouses are between $12 - $24 There are dressing rooms available to try on clothes. There are NO public restrooms in this store. If you bring items you want to sell to them, they will buy from you, but only if it's in good condition and they think it's "trendy" enough.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I made a trip with a bin of very nice designer( mostly new ) pieces. They told me my stuff was from 2003,16, and 17 which isn't true at all? I don't even understand. They bought NOTHING . And to top it off my son got a terrible stomach ache while waiting and had to go to the bathroom very bad and I asked if he could please use the restroom he was crying and everthing and they said just for employees seriously? You can't let a 3 year old use a restroom?. Very rude! And wouldn't reccomend them to anyone!

Decent consignment/resale shop. They have a ton of purses which I what I like to look at and also a nice sized jewelry offering. Clothes are definitely geared toward an older crowd. Prices are pretty good.

our blonde cashier had an attitude with us as SOON as we walked in and seemed miserable. other two older cashiers were sitting and talking loudly not doing any work. made me feel horrible about myself. never coming back here again.

First let me say I am a frequent shopper. I have been shopping/selling here for years.The five stars are for Bree onlyDebbie is -0Tonight I was in to sell. I was greeted by Bree. She was on the phone with another customer but still took the initiative to at least wave to me so I knew that I was being acknowledged. When she was done on the phone she came over very friendly and wanted to know how she could help me and she was very informative and she took her time with myself and I had forgotten to bring two other items and she said no problem. Bring him in whenever we'll be here and we'll be glad to help you. A total sweetheart and a great addition to the staff there.Now for the bad I came back about 45 minutes later and I was greeted by Debbie and she was not very friendly I asked if Bree was available. Debbie replied very, very rudely she isn't the only one here. We can all do sales. I said I understand but she told me to bring them back to her. Well at the point she pushed my basket onto the counter and walked away with an attitude.A few minutes later she came back out with Brie and she started to do my buy and I asked. Can Bree do it? Why do you have to be in my order and she said well one does the looking and the other one puts them in which I understand but she was hovering and she was making sure she was in charge of the whole thing when I asked if the other girl could do it instead of her. She said NO She's leaving in 2 minutes at this point. I told her listen. I don't know why you're giving me an attitude but I came in and I was doing what I was asked to do and she went. I know you're in here all the time and I said exactly. I'm a very good customer I should be treated respect as anyone that comes in. I told her you're not doing that and I don't appreciate your attitude and she had an attitude with me from the time I asked for Brie until we walked out of the storeListen. I know everybody is understaffed. Overworked but that is no excuse to disrespect somebody who is coming into your establishment to do businessI will continue to come to the store because Kelly and Kelly and Mary Sara and Brie are so wonderful. So helpful! So professional But I wanted to make it clear that Debbie is not in that category. She does not belong in the same category and she needs to learn how to have respect for a customer if she likes it or not.Again Kelly Kelly, Sarah Mary And Mary are absolutely amazing they deserve all the credit in the world and I want to say a special Thank you to bree for being so considerate. So helpful and so caring and I also appreciate her time and her kindness.To your response...........I do understand what you are saying, however there are no excuses for Debbie giving me an attitude or treating me the way she did.Shift leader or not there are no excuses for being disrespectful to your customers.
