I was in the market for another vehicle when mine was involved in a deer collision & was deemed a total loss. We were looking within 150 mi radius because we wanted a specific model of puckup truck. When we reached out to Colussy, Quinn sent us info and pictures right away. He even offered to have the truck put up on a rack if we had any concerns. We went to see it the next day and he was extremely helpful in explaining everything about the vehicle. We were confident & wound up signing papers that same day with the help of Joe, the business manager, who educated us on some things, again making everything extremely easy. We were able to pick up the vehicle 3 days later. Again, Quinn was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything about the truck's features. We would definitely return to Colussy Chevrolet as well as refer to our friends and family. We appreciated the honesty, thorough information and service!

This was my first time at this dealership. I decided to try Colussy because the reviews were great. However, I’ve definitely been more pleased with other dealerships for service. I dropped off my vehicle 2 days ago after hours. I received a call from the service technician yesterday and received the quote of (one thousand and five dollars). I agree to this thinking what an average, reasonable person would, assuming this meant $1,005.I received a call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I returned their call and confirmed when they close as I had meetings run late so I couldn’t make it to the dealership before they closed at 6 PM. They said I could pay over the phone, which I did. However, I found out after picking up my vehicle and reviewing the receipt that by (one thousand and five dollars), $1,005 actually meant $1,556. The service was done and I can’t attest to the quality in the long run but it’s unfortunate that the pricing verbiage was deceptive.Any reasonable person would assume that (one thousand and five dollars) meant $1,005, not ~$1,500. Otherwise, the technician and sales person I paid over the phone should have explicitly told me it was (one thousand and five hundred dollars). At the end of the day, they did everything I requested but time will tell how well they did. I was overall pleased with the communication, and work, but am disappointed with the misleading quote. I was hoping to rely on Colussy as my go-to dealership but I might try some other Chevrolet dealerships in the area.Update:The service manager, Verle, reached out regarding this review and we were able to discuss what happened and what the mix-up was. He told me that all staff are supposed to say the exact price and assured me that he will make sure everyone knows to say the exact and full price going forward.Hopefully, this will minimize this issue happening in the future. He offered to supply 2 free oil changes (~$160). While this doesn’t account for the difference in expected versus actual. I didn’t expect anything and am more glad that Colussy was willing to have an open discussion about the issue and we created a plan to minimize this happening going forward.

I bought my Silverado in 2017. A $60000 truck. I have had it serviced at Colussy since purchase. Last summer my dash board lit up that I was low on oil. I checked it and put some oil in it. Took it to Colussy right away. I was told my cooling rods were leaking. They fixed them. Two weeks later I drove to NC and my dash board lit up again. I was 4 qts low. I added the oil and immediately went back to Colussy. After an oil consumption test, Chris the service advisor told me that the mechanic was young and he didn’t put enough oil in my truck when it was fixed. Ever since that service I have been burning oil threw my exhaust. All I keep hearing from the dealer is that I should change my oil sooner. Chris is denying what he told me and the owner said he doesn’t agree with the fact his mechanic could have not put enough oil in my truck. My truck was under warranty when it happened and now of course it is not and I am screwed. Not only does GM cover up the engine oil burning issue but I guess dealers are doing the same. It is said because Colussy has commercials that talk about how they care about their customers but Tim Colussy the owner didn’t even try to work with me. Chris cannot say to my face that he didn’t tell me that his tech didn’t put enough oil in my truck. Tim told me hat all I want to do is hold people to what they say in conversation. Well what else am I supposed to hold people to?Thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. They told me 2 months ago that my hoses were leaking and yet I have yet to experience a leak or the result of any leak. I’m sorry but you just cannot trust this dealers service department. Veryl the manager will lie to you face and the ownership holds no one accountable.Stay away.

This review is for the Sales Department and General Manager Scott. I recently bought a certified used truck. Jim was great to work with! I also had interactions with many others from the sales team, and they were all friendly and easy to talk to. I have to say that I did have my guard up when getting there being that I am a woman going in solo. I quickly learned to let my guard down and felt that I was taken care of the way they would’ve wanted their wives and/or daughters to be treated. The entire process was no pressure from sales to finance. I did have a hiccup with the service department and voiced most concerns to the general manager Scott. I just want to say that he went above and beyond anything I could’ve expected to make things right and to make sure that I was happy! Thank you Colussy Family!

Wonderful experience at Colussy Service Department. Verle and Adrian were extremely accommodating to get our Tahoe in for a complete transmission rebuild. They honored the warranty from another dealer to receive credit from them. We needed our vehicle for vacation and they were able to swing getting it all done for us in time. We also had a service recall issue they fixed for us at no charge. We really appreciate it and will continue to use Colussy for all our vehicles in the future.

Just bought a 2020 Certified Pre-Owned Trax here and the whole process was fabulous! Thanks to Tim, Kyra, Quinn and Beth for an awesome experience in getting us in this vehicle !Most of the process with paperwork and financing handled professionally and with courtesy!. I always hated going to dealerships due to the usual headaches folks don't want to deal with but none of that here.I bought a few vehicles from the vending machine places but no comparison whatsoever to the personal one on one attention i got here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Best dealership experience ever.

Very poor service. Only cared about selling a vehicle. One diesel tech and have to wait weeks to drop a vehicle off then wait even longer to have it serviced. Will never buy another truck from this place. What a joke.

I decided to purchase my first super car from this dealership. They would not allow me to test drive it, even though I showed great interest, and parked a fairly luxurious vehicle in their parking lot. After signing the paper work they took the car out from the showroom, and we find out the trunk won’t open. The sales manager assured me that the issue was a simple fix after speaking to their service team, but had no desire to compensate. Told him I was hesitant on taking it off the lot because it could very well be an electrical issue, and he showed no interest in keeping my business. Matter of fact he said he had another buyer lined up. Regardless I took the vehicle as I grew impatient and was offered a good price (mymistake). Long story short, I’m not sure if the issue is related to the fact that my vehicle won’t start anymore. Ive been left stranded multiple times on the side of the road awaiting my insurance company to bring a tow truck. Because GM put me on a 2 day wait time to get it removed from the side of the road. Service team has looked at the issue multiple times now and I always get the car back with a promise that the issue has been detected and resolved. The whole experience has been a nightmare, and the sales team refuses to take the car back. With so many empty promises made, and hassle to get back on the road… I can easily say I will no longer be doing business with this dealership, and will advise all friends and family as well as anyone reading this to stay far away from here

Horrible customer service. I brought my car in for a mechanical issue and even though it was already diagnosed they charged me $150 plus taxes to re-diagnose the problem. To add insult to injury despite already being diagnosed it took them 2 days to diagnose the problem. This is after I specifically told them I had to have the car back so I had to drop it off and pick it up multiple days. The repair estimate went from $900 to $1050 because the parts department forgot to price all of the required parts. Then to $1150 because the service advisor had $1150 written down but said $1050. I even repeated the number back and he said yes. From there I go to pay for the diagnosis and said don't order the parts I am not impressed with you guys. The service manager hears this takes my keys and bill to parts and is gone for 20 minutes. He comes back and explains the prices and discounts already offered but never once bothered to ask me why I wasn't impressed or get the full story. I left the dealership and called the General Manager of the dealership. It was his day off so I left him a voice mail. One week later still no return phone call. They showed me they truly do not care about their image or customer service.

Quinn was a nice guy. Unfortunately, they hadn’t the sort of truck I was looking for… Not their fault, more due to poor decisions by voters during the last presidential election. :(

I am always greeted. The service is done in a very timely manner. That is why this is the fourth car that I purchased at Colussy.

I have been coming to this dealer for almost 10 years now. I'm impressed every time at how quick and easy they make my car buying experience. I highly recommend Jim in sales for anyone interested in buying or leasing a Chevy.

Tried to say my brakes where metal on metal and did not pass inspection. It would have cost me $400. I had a second opinion and the brakes where not metal on metal, did need changed soon but did pass inspection. I do not recommend them.
