Standard Five Below ExperienceHOWEVER, there is a very nasty smell at the entrance (mildew or cat pee-like smell?) that makes me worried about breathing the air.UPDATE 4/30/2024Still reeks of cat pee at the door.It is possibly health code violation bad yet still nothing has been done about it.

I understand that the self checkout employees need to be observant of potential theft but this cashier was on my shoulder the entire time. I don't mind if you're watching my hands and their every move to make sure I'm scanning everything and not stealing but I felt very uncomfortable with someone just a foot away from me. It was too close. Watch me, that's fine but I need personal space. If I need help, by all means come and assist so I don't make a mistake but I didn't need help and I didn't think I was suspicious or something. Maybe it's their training but again, too close for comfort. I don't like to feel like I'm doing something wrong. I left there thinking I was someone who steals. I won't go back. I'm sorry if this location gets a lot of register thefts but it's too pushy.

The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.
