Delivery was terrible. They left a stove that was inoperable and refused to return our original stove. They left our driveway full of trash, they were rude and unable/unwilling to speak English. Never ever Home Depot

I purchased a dishwasher at the beginning of June. The dishwasher was delivered last week. So far two men have come to install it. The first person could not remove the dishwasher because of the flooring. We were told to get part of the floor removed which we had done. We scheduled the plumber from Home Depot to come again. This time they said that we had to have a different pipe before they could install it. I can only tell you I still have my old dishwasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor. I returned everything to Home Depot, asked for a refund and would suggest that unless you want a big run around purchase your appliances somewhere else. My biggest complaint is this. The first delivery person/plumber should have informed us of what needed to be done for a successful install. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Buyer beware!!!!!

So beyond upset. I was told my Christmas tree that I bought in 2019 had a 3 year warranty.... The center does not light up anymore... I payed 400$ for this tree!!!!!!! They transferred me to Willis Electric who then took a week and a half to simply tell me I could not get the part replaced because there was only a 1 year warranty . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I found out that Home Depot brought back the Military discount / Veteran discount, so I am no longer boycotting this chain. I still like Lowe's better, but HD has more locations nearer to me, and it generally serves its purpose. It's O.K. for a Big-Box chain, so I'll give it half a Cheer!

I highly recommend Home Depot. I Purchased a Vanity for my Bathroom the I was able to find sales associate Justin less in a minute He was so helpful & knowledgeable... The process was quick & easy. The Vanity was delivered a few days earlier than scheduled. So I called the spoke to the Manager Josh . He sent two young men out Dallion & Alex . They carried the huge Vanity up to my second floor carefully & gently with no problems. Took the huge box & all the packing paper away with them. They were so kind & patience. Then I notice a crack after unwrapping it from shipping. So I call & spoke to The Manager Brandon again he was so helpful & Extremely apologetic. So I went to the store The Manager Brandon & another Manager Josh came over gave me adjustment on my Bill. I'm so grateful & thankful. For everyone that help me at Home Depot. I would definitely Highly recommend Home Depot to all my family & friends. Thanks Again so much, Diane

Not sure what the point of curbside pick up is when it takes 30 minutes to pick it up. When asked what was taking so long they told me the person retrieving it was an elderly person. Disappointed with this experience won't be returning.

Excellent customer service and a fantastic variety of outdoor plants pots and accessories to make your outdoor patio beautiful! I was so surprised at the selection, given most of my garden supply go to stores are all picked over and sold out. Love all my finds from here!

Home Depot is positioned in a convenient location. The tool rental department is in need of improvement. The website advertises an available wet dry vac as ready to rent but when you get into the store the employee said the vac has no filter and is not rent able. He also wasn't informed by his manager as to when said filter would arrive. I have no problem with an item being down for maintenance but please take it off the website. I advise anyone who is going to rent a tool to not trust the home depot website and to call in advance.

Fist off I have used and recommended Behr paints exclusively for decades. I have painted every room in my own homes with Behr and when I was contracting I painted 100's of homes using only Behr paint. When I didn't paint the job I would recommend Behr paint without hesitation to all of my customers. I've recently begun painting my current home and have had success with Behr paint until yesterday 9/14/19. I had painted 3 rooms and found the paint I purchased at the North Fayette Pa store to be the high quality I have come to expect. It had a thick easy glide application, great coverage and durable coating. I had about 3/4 of a gallon can of the i300 Pro Series ceiling paint left over from painting a kitchen, dining room and 2 bedroom ceilings. This was the 3rd gallon I had bought. Since I'm 60 years old and have had back and shoulder surgeries, I only buy a gallon at a time b/c I don't know when my body is going to let me paint anymore. Each new gallon was mixed and matched the previous ones perfectly. Sadly yesterday was not the same, not only did the color not match when dried but the paint was thin and watery. I returned to the store today 9/15/19 to register my complaints 1. I was thoroughly disappointed in the match and quality of the paint and 2. I was thoroughly pissed that I had to repaint my ceiling on a Sunday that I had planned to go fishing with my son. They told me it was unlikely they could match the original color for some reason I don't understand. So they mixed me some paint and I expected to have to repaint the entire ceiling. What I didn't expect was the poor quality of the paint they gave me. Calling it paint is being generous, it was more of a whitewash. The coverage was dreadful, it streaked and matched nothing. Also this paint was so thin it spattered everywhere. Think of loading your brush with milk and trying to be neat. I covered everything, abandoned the roller after one pass and used only a brush, and I'm a neat painter, still I have speckles on windows, HVAC covers. switch covers, walls...everywhere. If you use this liquid, order a pallet of single edge razor blades and schedule 2-3 vacation days for clean up. I don't know if it was a change in the base or what but Behr has gone from a high quality dependable paint to a tub of toilet water.

Poor Customer Relations . I purchased a Front Loader washer and dryer approximately 60 days ago. Today I wanted to purchase a the infamous expensive pedestals for said washer & dryer. Primary reason ; the pedestals are currently on sale . I asked what is the charge for installation; I was told $180.00. Now add this up. The price of (2) pedestals are $476.00. That brings the total cost to $656.00 . Now if you search their website you should be able to purchase another washing or dryer for the above total. I forgot to mention I spent $2100.00 for the Front Load washer & dryer initially (cash). Let see how long it takes Home Depot to respond - I'm not holding my breath.

Welp, with new homeownership comes the frequent visits to home improvement stores! I have found myself here 3 times in the past month and all of them have been great experiences. First, for paint and the employee was very helpful in showing us the different finishes that each paint comes in, gave us some swatch books, and said that they can match other paint brands' colors even if they don't sell them in the store. I was very impressed with his customer service and he never made me feel stupid or silly for asking a question. The second time, we were looking for outlet covers and drawer pulls & were asked if we needed anything. We were just browsing and planning but appreciated that they are very approachable! The third time we went to get our paint made & get some supplies. Again, another employee was very helpful and told us it would take 3.5 minutes so we could browse the store instead of waiting. When we returned, the paint and our rebate were sitting right on the counter waiting for us. I also love the self-checkouts for times when you have a couple small items that are easily baggable and don't require assistance. Also, we were able to use a Lowe's coupon for 10% off our order because they take competitor coupons! The cashier told us that the coupons must be the original (not a copy or printout), must be from specific competitors, and it must be unexpired. Otherwise she didn't give us any problem using it! Awesome!!

Home Depot is another chain of big box home and gardening supplies for your do it yourself projects or contracted ones. Normally I come in here for sales. Their credit card does not give you a slight discount for purchases except when you open one, but will allow you interest free financing for a certain time frame when there is a promo going on. If you open a card then you will get $25.00 off your first purchase. My husband and I stopped over here to get mulch for spring to prepare our garden. Mulch was going for 5 bags for $10.00. We entered the garden center. The cashier gave us her recommendations and then once we made our purchase we drove the car up to the garden center where employees loaded it into our car. Location is good since you are near the back end of Char Valley shopping center with the soon to be gone K-Mart. Parking is fairly easy and it is easier to navigate than going to other ones. Still you have the option to order on line and pick up in store if available or have it sent directly to the store. So far with the few purchases we had made during the past year we have been pleased with them. Will be back once they have more sales for our spring gardening needs.

I would like to take a few minutes to thank Scott and the Bridgeville home depot employees for helping me out yesterday. Extremely professional and very very willing to help in every way. I've had the chance to meet quite a few store managers in multiple retail environments but I have never been so impressed with someone's ability to help a customer like I've seen with Scott at the Bridgeville location. Very impressed with your store Sir.

This has to be one of THE BEST Home Depots I've ever been to! Everyone that worked here was super nice! Home Depot can be overwhelming b/c no store is quite like the other, and you can get turned around quite easily. Here I had a list of items to get all over the store, and every section I went to there was someone new that offered to help me! It was such a pleasure to shop there! I will definitely be back to shop, and this isn't even the closest Home Depot near me. But I'm impressed, and the employees seem to know their stuff! I went ahead and bought rock salt before it starts snowing because we have none! I also don't know anything about snow shovels but I bought a couple on line and had it sent to the store. My order was ready within hours! I really like Home Depot's heavy duty boxes, and I'd recommend them for moving or shipping items. Thank you for the awesome customer service!
