Had a wonderful experience shopping this morning. I was looking for your frozen fruit, cherries, and Paul who was restocking the frozen food area went out of his way to go find me the frozen cherries i was looking for. Great Customer service!!! I always appreciate a helping hand. Not only did he look in the back for the item but he apologized for the current status of turning over the frozen fruit area. Thank you Paul!!!

Always out of the meds that my son needs and never fills them same day. I always have to call days ahead of time before they run out then have to wait more days before he even gets them because we always have to wait. And I've set up my number multiple times to get a call when his meds are ready and I NEVER get a call so I have to constantly call them to see if they're ready.Edit: was told Tuesday that his meds would be ordered and be there Thursday and now they say today that they won't be there until Friday maybe lol joke

Molly was incredibly helpful both on the phone and in person. After having a terrible time with rite aid pharmacy she was able to help me and confirm that costs were in fact covered under my insurance which I was originally told falsely about at Rite aid. Best place to get a quick prescription fill :)

It's a Giant Eagle. Sometimes the selection is great, other times it is not. One thing worthy of noting is their beer selection. It is top notch. They sell local guys too like Hitch Hiker, Cinderlands and Insurrection. Good grocery store to go to if you're into local beer,

FIRST, THERE ARE THE CHANGES GIANT EAGLE HAS MADE TO THEIR PERKS PROGRAM. NO. 1 - Giant Eagle now zeros out your points, when you redeem your Perks. So, for example, if your perks are at 24%, and you use your 20%, you will loose the other 4%. NO. 2 - If you don't earn 50 points in a month, Giant Eagle will zero out any partial perks toward

It's not the nicest giant eagle I've seen wish it was a market place one but they do have sushi deals a few times a week plus there deli chicken is the same great tasting g as the other ones

I've been using this Giant Eagle pharmacy over 40 years. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. Molly,Amy,Reed are my favorites. All people I enjoy seeing and talking with. They all know my medical history with my back. I'll not go anywhere else.

Every time I go into this Giant Eagle I have a problem. Most of the staff is not welcoming at all. I always get a cashier with a nasty attitude. I was at the deli and the person refused to wait on me because she assumed that I was on my phone. She never came up to me to wait on me, if she did I would have put my phone down but instead she stood and watched and talked about me to another co-worker saying how she wasn't going to wait on me. I live around the corner from there and I will not continue to go to this Giant Eagle to be mistreated. I will start posting on the Facebook page and Instagram if you have it and let anyone who will listen know how customers like me are being treated when I walk into your store. This was not the first time.

Used self check out and had an error as I was trying to pay. Lady beside me and another person all had issues too. Blinking light and help is on the way. We stood there for a good 10 minutes as employees and managers (with their security ear pieces) walked past us. I had to go to the service desk to ask for help. Piss poor customer service and overpriced.
