I hope people read this to understand how bad this pharmacy is. There is absolutely no reason it to be this bad. No one ever picks up the phone. Ever. No one ever calls back. If you've experienced this, you're one of the lucky few. Giant Eagle will lose any of its brand reputation with this single pharmacy driving it into the ground.

I have not received my medications on time since they took over Rite-Aid's pharmacy. No one EVER picks up the phone to answer any questions. The workers at the location have always been great, but this is ridiculous. I'll be switching pharmacies

Literally just for the pharmacy. Rest of the store is fine. Been going here for years. Always busy, always slow as can be, you can never get anyone on the phone. It has always been the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

There are certain medications they will not automatically refill unless you call to request them. Even if you request to automatically refill them when due. But when you try to call the Giant Eagle South Fayette pharmacy to refill them ………….. No one answers the phone………. Catch 22. Years back there were many independent pharmacies. Now we are down to two and have to put up with this. The other one Rite Aid is on the brink of bankruptcy for a second time.

They've always been nothing but nice there. The one time I was seen at medexpress and the doctor sent in a prescription. I called the pharmacy asking how long it would take to be filled since I was in the area and was wondering if I could pick it up now. They told me 15 minutes and it was done within that time. I love this pharmacy.

Super slow service. They tell you it’ll be a little bit and to go do your shopping ….but don’t believe it.

This store offers rough and rude service at very high prices. If you go to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, you will get good product and good service. If you go to Aldi's, you will get good prices. Thus, there is no reason to shop at this or any other Giant Eagle location. If the employees don't care and the management doesn't care, why should you care? Go elsewhere, and tell your friends to do the same. Vote with your dollars. You don't need to put up with it. The Giant Eagle of yesteryear is not the Giant Eagle of today. I am never shopping there again.
