The best part about the Great Clips is their app. We do not have wait in line when we arrive there. We can check the wait times online and decide if it fits our schedule. I usually reserve my spot online and arrive there just in time. They even notifications on when we can start from home (depending on the distance from that location).
Most of the stylists (except may be one or two) are friendly, pleasant to talk to and do a good job. I rarely have a bad hair cut at this location.
They note down the size of the clippers used and how the hair was cut the last time so that we can do the same next time around (if we liked it) or make adjustments as needed.
Requested style: They do a good job of asking how we want the hair to be styled and do their best to accommodate for it
Stylist: I usually do not stick with one stylist, I go to whoever is available at the time. Except for one of them, everyone else was nice

My stylist was so very nice and did such a wonderful job. She took her time and did exactly his I wanted it. It is a very clean place as well. Everyone there is very friendly.
Requested style: I get a #1 on my sides and back and a little trim on top blended in.

I have to share a great experience with my haircut. I have thick,curly and long hair so it's very difficult to style it properly the way I want. But when I went in the stylist seemed unsure and I was scared my hair is going to be ruined.
At that very moment a lady named Lisa jumped in for help. She cut my hair with minute details and expertise and explained thoroughly to the other stylist,what she is doing and why is she doing. She was incredible,she didn't took the credit and didn't accepted the tips, although she did the whole thing by herself. She is awesome ,she deserves many kudos. Lisa is a great human being. We need so many more Lisa in our life. Great clips please give Lisa a raise,a promotion or something that sets an example. Kudos Lisa for being a great teacher,great trainer and great human being.?

I’ve noticed several bogus reviews about Brenda. I’d like to set the record straight. She has been my stylist for over seven years and she always does an outstanding job. I am very particular with my hair and won’t let just anybody cut it. I know for a fact she has a large clientele that follows her wherever she goes.

I always ask for Brenda when I go to the Bridgeville Great Clips. She is always very friendly and takes her time cutting my hair. I usually just want a trim and many other stylists just cut around the bottom of my hair and I am done. Brenda takes her time and clips up my hair and trims in different layers. I just feel like I am more of a priority to Brenda. I definitely give her 5 stars!

Completely butchered my daughters trim. Didn't listen to any requests or instructions. Even the other stylist was appalled at how bad my daughters hair was cut. 0/10 will NOT return.

Stopped by on a busy Sunday afternoon for one of my kids' haircut. They're efficient, nice, affordable and gives truly great haircuts. Our person was Shawn and they were wonderful!

Operator was very good. Scissors only. Got a haircut that didn't look like a haircut. Plus they usually have a coupon available making it very reasonable compared to others.

The big lady with glasses has zero experience whatsoever. The sides of my hair are uneven and the back is cut way shorter than the rest. She needs to be fired.

I got a haircut today. The lady was crabby and short with me. She didn’t seem too happy when I got there. I noticed my hair wasn’t even on both sides, but I was scared to say anything because I’m shy. I tipped $5 because I feel obliged to tip when I go places. My boyfriend came with me and told me it was a bit longer on the other side when we were walking out, so I walked back in and politely apologized that I thought one side was longer. She clearly wasn’t happy that I came back in and quickly cut a little bit off and said “it wasn’t far off.” This is an okay haircut at best.
